I'm sure some of you have some questions about Coronavirus and what my experience was with it, so here we go: First, I will say that the State of Alaska has been in Phase 3 since the beginning on June. I have been working in my office since May 6th, so I have been performing my work per usual. Most things are normal life going to the grocery store weekly, going to work daily, etc. Monday (June 29th) night I started feeling a little bad like achy and not well. I went to bed like normal, and by 2 am that night I had a fever of 101. In the morning (Tuesday morning), I finally broke my fever between 6 am to 9 am. Tuesday, I felt a little tired from having a fever, but nothing out of the norm for just having a fever. Tuesday night I felt like I was developing a cold. Like my nose was sore and throat was scratchy. Tuesday night my husband found out that he'd been exposed to COVID-19 last Friday at his work. Please note, Jesse (my husband) has been essential the entire time. Therefore, it prompted me to get tested on Wednesday morning. Please note, that I felt just fine on Wednesday, again, like I was going to get a cold, but nothing came of it. My test was the rapid test. They jammed a metal stick with mascara brush on the end around my nasal cavity and behind my eye, and it caused some blood to come out of my nose during the test. 1.5 hours later my Doctor called and said my results were positive for COVID-19. My Doctor said we just have to see what happens, and offered his concern since I am asthmatic. After my test my nasal passage on the left side where I got my test were very swollen. Throughout Thursday and Friday my left nasal passage continued to swell and bleed. Friday I started to lose my smell/taste, which is still present. I am still feeling very good now though outside of no taste/smell! I've got NO fever, chest congestion, or coughing at all has occurred since that first night. My Doctor gave me the approval to get retested on Monday (July 6th) to see if I am still positive. The requirement to go back to work is two tests that are negative with a minimum 24-hour period between them. Since the first test was so unpleasant, I am considering waiting a few more days before getting tested, because I don't want to continually have to take this test until two tests come back negative. My work is very flexible and allowing me to work from home for as long as I need. I cannot reiterate how grateful I am that this has been my experience, and my symptoms are mild. I'm so grateful that I am ok, but most importantly my loved ones that I've come in contact with are also ok. I know I may not be out of hot water yet, but I'm trying to stay positive that this is it. You all are incredible and thank you for reading this message, watching, and being my friends! You guys mean the world to me. Please be safe, stay inside when you can, and we can get through this.

We recently got our daughter a Moana plush and she LOVES it. She sleeps with it, takes it on walks, sits her at the dinner table, dances with it, basically if she’s doing something Moana is with her. It is her favorite Disney thing we have purchased lately. She really liked your Cinderella Funko POP. She kept putting her hands out trying to get you to let her hold it. Haha. We have been staying home, and are still wiping down everything that comes into the house with grocery pick up or delivery...Every time we think we're going overboard, someone else we know, or know of gets sick...The year of homelife, for sure! Yeah, we've been doing the same thing wiping down everything with clorox wipes, wearing masks, washing our hands constantly, etc. and I still wasn't safe. All the precautions you're taking are important! I will say it was very shocking getting Coronavirus, but it just proves the only way not to get it is to stay at home

Same here I have really bad asthma I was sick for three weeks I even ended in the hospital for a day because my oxygen level was really low but thank God I am fully recovered that is the greatest thing ever. My sons were only sick about for five days and they fully recovered as well. Wear your mask wash your hands and stay at home

I received a package from shop Disney today and my box was missing one of my pins and the ones that were in the box had no protection and were thrown in a giant box. Then a few weeks ago, I had the same issue with 2 pins missing from the boxes. I don’t know what is going on but I hope they fix it soon. Wow so crazy that you got Covid. Glad you are feeling okay!!! ShopDisney shipping has been horrible for years. I still can't believe they are so bad. They need different size boxes and a lot of bubble wrap. And it is so strange because it is so different from how they wrap stuff at the parks. Fun haul.

Same here I have really bad asthma I was sick for three weeks I even ended in the hospital for a day because my oxygen level was really low but thank God I am fully recovered that is the greatest thing ever. My sons were only sick about for five days and they fully recovered as well. Wear your mask wash your hands and stay at home

I received a package from shop Disney today and my box was missing one of my pins and the ones that were in the box had no protection and were thrown in a giant box. Then a few weeks ago, I had the same issue with 2 pins missing from the boxes. I don’t know what is going on but I hope they fix it soon. Glad you’re doing okay, all things considered and hope you’re back in good health soon. Loved your haul as always!

I feel you on shop Disney! I ordered a limited edition pin and was shipped an empty box....by then, the pin was sold out. Turns out other people ended up getting extra pins when they only ordered one. Someone who got an extra pin was kind enough to trade with me. Going to take a break from shop Disney until they figure things out!

Love "the chips" shirt (my daughter's name for them). Yes, I agree I need them to make a Figment bag with that color rainbow. Totally old school 80's Figment vibes. 😍 Nice Mushu shirt. 😱 That evil queen lenticular picture-stunning. It's very similar to a lenticular pin we have. My mother would do that. 😂 Get something she liked in every color or pose/style. I think the Flotsam/Jetsom would make an excellent addition to the center of some Ursula or Little Mermaid ears. Very nice Mermaid lagoon backpack and wallet-stunning and tempting. I just can't do the minis though.
