There's me over here getting whooped on weeks and I just watched him almost beat it first try on minutes :( Though that does tell me to kite them like cod zombies, which I didn't think to do against 2 enemies (I just thought outheal all damage)
Man, Eclipse playing Hours, never would begin to think of that. I really do want more Hours. Btw, you didn't even see the beginning of epilogue, there's a whole mirror boss fight but the reward is really good! I recommend you try out the Artisan, he's basically an Engineer and he is GOOD.
I'm glad you gave it a shot! It's one of my fav games although it is kind of annoying that you don't get to use funny dreamer oc tc zero without buying the gamepass. PS: There's a fairly easy way to survive the first part of the epilogue with most of your health although it partially depends on your movement speed. Just watch a speedrun of the game or experiment yourself.
Things Eclipse could like in Hours: -Not stun simulator combat. -Builds with the host and tempo abilities. -A good sense of progression and cool abilities that are earned.(Even after paying robux for the hands of time gamepass)
@@vincentbartholomew3rd672 to be fair the whole point of seconds and minutes is to get hit as little as possible, it's why the damage is so punishing and why they stagger you unless you're equinox or anything that can resist stagger, in which case it's a matter of knowing when to attack and when to run to lick your wounds
"This was a bit of fun, but I have no clue how you'd beat the epilogue lmao" The start is Dodging (aka bullet hell) 16:56 Flatten against a wall in the corner of the room usually works for taking little to no damage. 17:06 Walk away from the lasers end path is what I usually do and it works. 17:14 Be in the corner of the room to avoid the laser circles thing. 17:28 Just run in circles really fast.
The Epilogue fight can be broken into 3 different phases. Phase 1: Note that you cannot actually damage the boss for this phase. Your best strategy is just to evade as many attacks as possible. While it may seem like bullet hell, all of the attacks are actually fairly easy to avoid. The first wave of energy balls can be avoided by simply running into a glitch spot or one of the corners of the map constantly until the barrage is over. For the laser beams you'll just have to try your best to dodge them. After shooting multiple beams from the ball above his head, the boss will then perform a spinning attack, you will be completely safe from this if you simply stay around the outer edges of the map. After this, they will shoot two blasts of energy at you, the moment you see them coming, you should start running forward. As for the eruptions/energy columns, just run in a straight line or spin in a circle (if you have a slower/tankier host). After this attack, the areas which the eruptions occurred wills pawn dots on the ceiling which will shoot lasers at you (you will have a warning just a bit before they shoot (each dot will vanish once a laser has shot from it)). After all of the dots vanish, large columns will erupt in a circle, the best way to avoid them is to just keep moving. Finally, a piano will drop from the ceiling, marking the end of phase 1. Phase 2: Phase 2 is a little more interesting as the boss (Resident Mind) will spawn an exact clone of your character (including all of your upgrades). This clone will mimic your fighting style from the earlier fights as well and may adapt during the fight. It is best to simply evade, counterattack and use your tempo to your advantage during this phase. Do note, that the damage that your clone takes will depend on the difficulty. Phase 3: This is the final phase of the bossfight. Once your clone dies, a white rectangular prism will appear in the place which they were killed and Resident Mind (the final boss) will emerge. Resident Mind is a glass cannon style boss and is actually relatively weak due to its lower-end health (though its damage output is exceptionally high). Do note that Resident Mind is able to dodge your attacks so it is best to evade and use your tempo to counter this. Notes: The Hands of Time gamepass will give you access to not only the other tempos but to other things such as: - Overclock: When activated, this will enhance your tempo (either by increasing the duration or the potency). - Turbocharge: When activated, this will allow you to select all 3 upgrades presented after each level instead of just 1.
Also witness is a great combo host with kick being one of the best moves Being able to cancel attacks as well as stun with a short Cooldown. Invader is also really good since he’s fast paced and good at canceling attacks with his dash. Halt is also very good. Also beating the game with the “oof” tempo grants you the special character parting aka the biggest jojo reference in the game. I would love to see a whole series on this, really it’s up to you if you’d feel comfortable playing it again I enjoy it a lot as well as many other people. Have a good day :)
This game is one of my all time favorites, and I know that this game has so much to offer, eclipse please keep doing more of this game, I’m begging you
I recommend the artisan class (the orange one). It’s very good as you can spawn turrets and you get a block move so you can parry enemy attacks. You also get a machine gun and some of the upgrades you can spend more turrets or make your own puppets to fight for you.
tips for the game: first of all turn on hours difficulty, you're better off learning the game in that difficulty. you also don't get stunned or "staggered" when hit by an enemy on that difficulty. secondly: the right menu is where all of the tempos, the left-top menu is for the hosts you can play as (the green guy you played as) thirdly tips for epilogue: for the first attack you'll have to dodge the orbs, for the second attack try going the opposite side of the beam fooor the third attack go to the corners and for the fifth attack you'll have to keep spinning around to avoid most of the damage from the beams and for the final attack just run the opposite direction of the beam. last tip i'll give you is you should try playing the game to learn more of the game yourself (Sorry for the bad english lol)

Your actually pretty good for your first time! I couldn't even get past the first boss my first time around and I was on hours difficulty. Edit: you played on minutes. on your first time. AND GOT TO RESIDENT MIND?? HOW
The game reminds me of *Until You Fall* , a popular VR game. I play it a bit on my oculus. Same premise, some enemies come in, when you beat them you fight a harder enemy. After each stage you get to chose a power up. You have 2 abilities it the game for each weapon you have in your hands. The abilities stem from the weapons you chose and can’t be changed, but can be upgraded at the end of a stage.
basic tutorial for the game: character selection --- left side = hosts/characters right side = tempos/abilities (mostly related to time) bottom left = modes and add-ons thing you clicked in the add-on part = second page (also hours is the most common mode that people use which has none/barely any stun and enemies have less health and you take less damage) easy beginner builds to win with --- artisan + dirt/anything prophet + star equinox --- wait for him to do an attack and then do like 1-3 m1s to get free damage (the end lag on some moves is unimaginable) 3/4 hp = does an attack that decreases your defense 1/2 hp = does a tornado that life steals (you can hide in the corners of the map to avoid it or ts and kill him before he does it) bloxxerman --- pretty much the same thing that you did, but if you bait his close range move u can spam moves at him without him being able to fight back 3/4 hp = 1 clone 1/2 hp = 2 clones 1/4 = 3 clones (not sure) death = gets a shield getting him back to 1/4 hp and does strings (the exact same as hierophant green) and then starts gunning you down with thousands of nails if you dont kill him in time ronin --- bait out attacks, spam fast moves, ranged moves and try to run from his clones (not to mention always being on the opposite side of the map as the giant noob) he also has a maximum of 3 auto parries that parry only when he is not attacking or is out of parries dreamer/final boss --- 1st attack - stand inside of a window to not get hit by the balls 2nd attack - run in lines in random directions 3rd attack - stay in a corner 4th attack - run from one corner to another (to the opposite side of the map) 5th attack - run in a straight line and dodge if necessary the clone - you're on your own dreamer - spam ranged moves, place down any automatically attacking turrets, warriors, etc. and try to cancel all of his moves if hes close
Tip: on phase 1 of "Light Beneath Closed Eyes" the attack that you died on just keep on turning in circles with arrow keys or just keep walking straight. The first attack in phase 1 of the final stage just go to the corner where the giant patch of light is
Finally, I have waited forever for eclipse to play this This game is really fun especially when you get new characters and tempos. You’re able to combine different tempos with different characters to suit your play style as well p.s you selected a tempo at the start that makes you *d i e* when you use it
...Yeah, the epilogue can seem overwhelming, but most of the attacks are pretty straight forward. This is spoiler-free as to what you completed so far, and basically... Obstacle #1: See those pellets, right? Well if you walk straight forward to the little doorway thingy to the left (but not to the corner) of where you spawn immediately after you go to the epilogue, you can just hide flat in that doorway until the pellets go away and take zero damage. Obstacle #2: Just dodge. He shoots lasers at you, dodge at the right time in the right direction and you'll be fine. Obstacle #3: He spins the lasers out and then back. Rush to a corner, use a mobile ability to get there faster. Obstacle #4: It looks complex but it really isn't, just avoid the initial explosion and literally just walk in a direction. The pillars will spiral to try to match your movement but since they can only appear in a circular sort of path they will never correspond with your path. If you run out of room, just walk backward. Obstacle #5: The last one. You haven't done it yet. All you need to know is that it's really easy. And the rest you "apparently" didn't struggle with because, well, you never did it before, so good luck! Oh yeah and by the way, Halt is much better than Star. Don't use Star, it's really only good with very specific things. Edit: Also, really happy to see you NOT playing YBA for once. I'm really hoping you can escape the Roblox JoJo niche and escape to just anything you want to play (or maybe JUST the Roblox niche if that's even possible). Good luck man, and remember there are a lot of people out there who just enjoy your channel for you, not just because you play YBA.
this game is one of the best on thr platform glad ur checking it out. the game has a SHITTON of replayability so hope you do more vids on the other characters too
I love this game! Seeing Eclipse play new stuff is always refreshing. I think that yes, Roblox Jojo is what’s reliable, but if he invested at least some of his eggs into different baskets, and didn’t immediately give up like with subnautica it could be interesting and he’d have more options than YBA. Also, if he’s ever going to make commentary for single player games games he needs to start somewhere, so it’s understandable that his “let’s playing” seems inexperienced.
Hours can be fun if you find more about it. Creativity in builds is what I love most, although the game has lack of end-game when you have tried all kinds of build.
Tips for bosses from my experience: 1st boss you mainly wanna avoid his hits as he heals from them and he has a pattern for most of his attacks. 2nd boss take away his shield first then timestop since it won't do anymore damage (and his final attack is like Kakyoin 20 Meter Emerald Splash) 3rd boss: Ronin tends on throwing his sword first and mainly counters (I believe it's rng when he procs counter) and the big noob will slam down after coming close enough to the middle (this can one shot you so go near the corners or away from it) and the big noob will summon dummies that look like ronin to distract the player. Intermission phase of the Finale Boss: For this boss you mainly wanna go to the corners as most of his attacks can be avoided easily like the energy gathering and the laser beam spin. When it sends down the 2 beams at you, make sure you are at a corner and walk to the corner across from you and you will be fine. The piano can one shot you or deal alot of damage. 2nd phase of Finale Boss (clone phase): This is just a clone of you with all your abilities. This clone will act differently from you unless you have bot learning on. Pending on what you have you will need alot of patience.
no, no and no. ronin ALWAYS. and when I say always, I mean A L W A Y S automatically parries any attack. the counter play is: attacking him while HE is doing an attack, because he can't movestack attack and parry.

Though that does tell me to kite them like cod zombies, which I didn't think to do against 2 enemies (I just thought outheal all damage)
U tried this game, nice. Pretty underrated imo.
I really like the edits.
Visitor is op ngl artisan is op if u get alot of upgrades
@@Woah9394 Yeah, i like him cuz at the end you're a killing machine(s)
parting
Yea artisan was the first character I beat the game with
@@somerandomdude3105 he cant use that.
Just watch a speedrun of the game or experiment yourself.
when he accidentally equipped page (the suicide tempo) i died
as did he
I love hours honestly, I took my free time before summer unlocking everything I could, glad you enjoyed this my guy !
I love seeing eclipse looking like he's actually having fun
This has to be one of my favorite games on roblox and one of my favorite youtubers is playing it... Please play more!
Things Eclipse could like in Hours:
-Not stun simulator combat.
-Builds with the host and tempo abilities.
-A good sense of progression and cool abilities that are earned.(Even after paying robux for the hands of time gamepass)
What about CAT
Seconds is stun simulator
@@vincentbartholomew3rd672 to be fair the whole point of seconds and minutes is to get hit as little as possible, it's why the damage is so punishing and why they stagger you
unless you're equinox or anything that can resist stagger, in which case it's a matter of knowing when to attack and when to run to lick your wounds
I feel like he would like parting
I find it really funny how he look exactly like me when i started playing HOURS. I cant wait to see him playing seconds
"This was a bit of fun, but I have no clue how you'd beat the epilogue lmao" The start is Dodging (aka bullet hell)
16:56 Flatten against a wall in the corner of the room usually works for taking little to no damage.
17:06 Walk away from the lasers end path is what I usually do and it works.
17:14 Be in the corner of the room to avoid the laser circles thing.
17:28 Just run in circles really fast.
For the last part you should run in a straight line and do a 90 degree turn when you reach the wall
The game can be confusing at first. Though once you understand how your tempos and other stuff work, it'll be fun.
The Epilogue fight can be broken into 3 different phases.
Phase 1:
Note that you cannot actually damage the boss for this phase.
Phase 2:
Phase 2 is a little more interesting as the boss (Resident Mind) will spawn an exact clone of your character (including all of your upgrades). This clone will mimic your fighting style from the earlier fights as well and may adapt during the fight. It is best to simply evade, counterattack and use your tempo to your advantage during this phase. Do note, that the damage that your clone takes will depend on the difficulty.
Phase 3:
This is the final phase of the bossfight.
Notes:
The Hands of Time gamepass will give you access to not only the other tempos but to other things such as:
- Overclock: When activated, this will enhance your tempo (either by increasing the duration or the potency).
- Turbocharge: When activated, this will allow you to select all 3 upgrades presented after each level instead of just 1.
Man wrote a whole essay
🤓
I’ll just summarize it
I AINT READING ALLAT
true. this is how i no - hit the epilouge (combined with Bufoon and Aspect of God)
Builder of worlds went "20 meter radius emerald splash"
Artisan with RTZ is quite a considerable amount of trolling.
@@internetlurker1850 y u p
especially if it's overclocked oh man
@@yukisoba8888 its honestly just god mode at that point lmao
@@btsht394 lmfao
bro artisan + zero overclocked is absolute hell. you can legit summon like 10 turrets if u start right after using zero
Awesome gameplay! Not a lot of people usually make it that far when they first start out, hoping you will play the game a lot more!
tips for the game: first of all turn on hours difficulty, you're better off learning the game in that difficulty. you also don't get stunned or "staggered" when hit by an enemy on that difficulty.
secondly: the right menu is where all of the tempos, the left-top menu is for the hosts you can play as (the green guy you played as)
thirdly tips for epilogue: for the first attack you'll have to dodge the orbs, for the second attack try going the opposite side of the beam
fooor the third attack go to the corners and for the fifth attack you'll have to keep spinning around to avoid most of the damage from the beams
and for the final attack just run the opposite direction of the beam.
last tip i'll give you is you should try playing the game to learn more of the game yourself
(Sorry for the bad english lol)
Good guide !
forgot about the fourth attack. all you do is just walk forward lol
ive been wanting to see this one for a while man! try using prophet, its a tank with a self heal gimmick, i used one of its upgrades to cheese the epilogue with immense healing
Always love seeing your vids uploaded, hope you play more of hours!
the true jojo game
Please play more of this! This game is really fun to play and I’m sure you’ll find that fun too.
You are gonna suffer getting the last host(not parting tho)
Edit: Eclipse suffering by using page and not the zctual first tempo is so funny
Edit 2: Tip: Learn all movesets for the bosses and normal enemies and know how to dodge them so you dont need to rely on time stop or any tempos, and you su-
Hes gonna suffer when trying to unlock drifter lmao
All the hosts are easy to get except drifter
And equinox and bloxxer if you don't have HoT
@@GoodRoyUsername drifter is easy to get if you got prophet and star tempo and get the right upgrade.
I didn't expect this, but i do like it, hours is one of my favorite games and i didn't think you would play this, but here we are, i would love to see more content of this!
This game genuinely deserves a Bloxy award
Don't worry, we all died in the first level of the game when we first played it. It's apart of the learning experience.
Please play more of this! One of my favorites games on Roblox!
honestly this is one of your best videos recently, I hope to see more stuff like this soon
eclipse, the reason you had the suicide button thing was because you pressed the button to the lower right of the options, which was he bottom menu, and it automaticlally chose page, which was the one other thing you had unlocked at the start which instantly kills you. would definitely like to see more of hours
PLEASE PLAY MORE THIS IS AWESOME!
I played hours months ago I believe, it was very fun and I kept thinking about how I found it more entertaining then my 8th scr combo of the hour.
Absolutely can't wait to see more HOURS gameplay.
THANK YOU ECLIPSE
Your actually pretty good for your first time! I couldn't even get past the first boss my first time around and I was on hours difficulty.
Edit: you played on minutes. on your first time. AND GOT TO RESIDENT MIND?? HOW
When they said click the buttons, they were kind of expecting you to click on the glowing ones instead of all the grayed out ones lmao.
I feel so bad, he equipped the death one by accident
Eclipse politely ragequitting after getting killed by reverse fall damage (I can't blame him, I would threw my pc away if I were him)
its amazing to see a new player to hours cause i feel happy whenever you learn something new
The game reminds me of *Until You Fall* , a popular VR game. I play it a bit on my oculus. Same premise, some enemies come in, when you beat them you fight a harder enemy. After each stage you get to chose a power up. You have 2 abilities it the game for each weapon you have in your hands. The abilities stem from the weapons you chose and can’t be changed, but can be upgraded at the end of a stage.
yeah the epilogue is pretty easy, just survive a small bullet hell sequence, fight an exact clone of you, and fight the resident mind and then boom
basic tutorial for the game:
character selection
---
left side = hosts/characters
right side = tempos/abilities (mostly related to time)
bottom left = modes and add-ons
thing you clicked in the add-on part = second page
(also hours is the most common mode that people use which has none/barely any stun and enemies have less health and you take less damage)
easy beginner builds to win with
---
artisan + dirt/anything
prophet + star
equinox
---
wait for him to do an attack and then do like 1-3 m1s to get free damage (the end lag on some moves is unimaginable)
3/4 hp = does an attack that decreases your defense
1/2 hp = does a tornado that life steals (you can hide in the corners of the map to avoid it or ts and kill him before he does it)
bloxxerman
---
pretty much the same thing that you did, but if you bait his close range move u can spam moves at him without him being able to fight back
3/4 hp = 1 clone
1/2 hp = 2 clones
1/4 = 3 clones (not sure)
death = gets a shield getting him back to 1/4 hp and does strings (the exact same as hierophant green) and then starts gunning you down with thousands of nails if you dont kill him in time
ronin
---
bait out attacks, spam fast moves, ranged moves and try to run from his clones (not to mention always being on the opposite side of the map as the giant noob)
he also has a maximum of 3 auto parries that parry only when he is not attacking or is out of parries
dreamer/final boss
---
1st attack - stand inside of a window to not get hit by the balls
2nd attack - run in lines in random directions
3rd attack - stay in a corner
4th attack - run from one corner to another (to the opposite side of the map)
5th attack - run in a straight line and dodge if necessary
the clone - you're on your own
dreamer - spam ranged moves, place down any automatically attacking turrets, warriors, etc. and try to cancel all of his moves if hes close
nerd
yooo so cool you can spin to beat the boss in the attack where he shoots big pillars around you
Tip: on phase 1 of "Light Beneath Closed Eyes" the attack that you died on just keep on turning in circles with arrow keys or just keep walking straight. The first attack in phase 1 of the final stage just go to the corner where the giant patch of light is
The reason space killed you was because you had Page equipped. Page kills you if you use Tempo.
Finally, I have waited forever for eclipse to play this
This game is really fun especially when you get new characters and tempos. You’re able to combine different tempos with different characters to suit your play style as well
p.s you selected a tempo at the start that makes you *d i e* when you use it
would love to see you play more, the game opens up alot when you dive deep into it.
That attack you died from the final boss to dodge it go a straight line, also its interesting to see you play another game than just jojo games
...Yeah, the epilogue can seem overwhelming, but most of the attacks are pretty straight forward.
Please play more this is a really fun game!
Its fun watching you playing HOURS and its a pretty fun game. I hope u will continue playing it.
ive been waiting for so long for this, id love to see more!
Damn you did really well for your first try! Please keep playing this game and try out new classes! This game is really fun please keep playing
never thought id see you play hours, it's a great game and I'm certain you will enjoy it.
Ayo thanks for playing hours it's my favorite game. for every eclipse fan please do not let this series? die.
this game is one of the best on thr platform glad ur checking it out. the game has a SHITTON of replayability so hope you do more vids on the other characters too
I would love to see you playing more of the game as I had a lot of fun with HOURS, to the point of 100% with the H.O.T gamepass
fun fact: the attack that killed eclipse in the epilogue can be dodged by just walking forward 💀
glad to see you play this game, its one of my favorites
eclipse's reaction when he first started playing this game is, funnily enough, almost the exact same as me when I started.
The impossible crossover happened. Also your reaction to the slam attack at Ronin is priceless.
I love this game, so yes I’d absolutely love to see you play this more
I love this game!
FINALLY A HOURS VID
Hours can be fun if you find more about it. Creativity in builds is what I love most, although the game has lack of end-game when you have tried all kinds of build.
The resident mind has 50hp but I am proud of you that you made it to the final boss
Tips for bosses from my experience:
1st boss you mainly wanna avoid his hits as he heals from them and he has a pattern for most of his attacks.
2nd boss take away his shield first then timestop since it won't do anymore damage (and his final attack is like Kakyoin 20 Meter Emerald Splash)
3rd boss: Ronin tends on throwing his sword first and mainly counters (I believe it's rng when he procs counter) and the big noob will slam down after coming close enough to the middle (this can one shot you so go near the corners or away from it) and the big noob will summon dummies that look like ronin to distract the player.
Intermission phase of the Finale Boss:
For this boss you mainly wanna go to the corners as most of his attacks can be avoided easily like the energy gathering and the laser beam spin. When it sends down the 2 beams at you, make sure you are at a corner and walk to the corner across from you and you will be fine. The piano can one shot you or deal alot of damage.
2nd phase of Finale Boss (clone phase):
This is just a clone of you with all your abilities.
