Am I the only one that thinks with odyssey and this they should’ve created a new series instead of trying to fit them into assassins creed they could be so much better if they didn’t have to follow assassins creed
TTT SSS I often think that Origins was the ‘hybrid’ between old and new Odyssey and possibly should have altered course slightly. Origins has a bit more of a story arc for ‘Modern Day’, Odyssey less so and in this trailer the ‘Brotherhood’ barely gets a mention at all. I suppose it is in the ‘spirit’ and it helps UBISOFT ‘sell’ it. What with this and Watchdog I am going to be a tad ‘busy’
The games feel nothing like what the og assassin's creed was the feel like their own thing the assassin's creed label is just getting in the way at this point
Kratos Leviathan Axe Guardian Shield and Atreus Talon Bow would be a great treasure weapons to find during exploration or boss battles and a great Easter Egg.
Lol they literally copied and pasted Kassandra’s hair asset onto this character. The level of laziness for not giving a different character a unique design in a whole different is just laughable. Typical of Ubisoft

It could have looked slightly different because you know, new game and new character especially on next gen, but no. Laziness. Ubisoft is far too infamously known for it. Rehash, reskin, etc. We’ve seen it many times before. This particular complaint isn’t a major one, but it still can’t be defended so don’t even try.

Yeah, the game itself is undoubtedly terrible. I mean AC haven't made a good game in so long, they're just so disconnected with the concept of fun, why should we think this is any different? Remember it's their job to make a trailer so people will want to play it, essentially tricking the players in to thinking the game is better than it is. My money's on this being another forgettable Unisoft game full of eavesdropping and trailing missions.

The main character will be brought into the brotherhood just like it happens in pretty much all AC games besides the previous two.
I love assassins creed and I have all the games, and this game looks very polished. But, it barely mentions anything about the brotherhood. Assassins Creed has always been fascinating because of the brotherhood.

I attest to this day that it would’ve made far more sense to make the Assassin English, or Anglo Saxon/Dane for that matter, because the Vikings are the conquerors, they are the invading army who sweep over England before being halted by Alfred of Wessex, it doesn’t make sense for me that an Assassin also be a conqueror, a pillager, a raider, a slaver and so on. What I’m really impressed by is the scope of places we go, all across England, parts of Norway, the New World, Asgard etc.

Hope you can zoom in. The camera is too far away for the character to be immersive. This was already a problem in odyssey.
