Will purchase this cake kit but will be putting it in a fondant “bag” yay!

Morning Helen, Use the general guide for a 9 inch cake rather than a 10 inch, so About 20 people but those would be large servings. When i get asked for wedding cakes and the chefs cut them everyone gets a very small piece (thats how they should be cut) but obviously were not all chefs and tend to cut more per person. So just take that as an average as its all down to how the cake is cut and how many layers of the cake a person gets x Theres another one coming on Sunday :-D Finished filiming just yesturday, hoping to upload it later x
Hi Jany, You need to price it the same as you do all of your 10 Inch Square cakes because thats what you need to bake and cover with the added price of the carry kit on top. Yes you can! or you can even buy a real handle with the way the structure works you could apply a real handle to this, just make sure it fits through the holes. Most have clips on so they will work great x

It is on there under `Carry Cake Kits` its the rectangle one. The one i purchased as mentioned in the video was from lakeland as a set. The ones on her website are exactly the same just with a black handle x

Look for the DK Pearl applicator from genuine stockists, so large Cake Decorating Supply stores tend to be a good place to start.

Yes that would work just as well , if you dont have a patchwork cutter
