I just put cooper discoverer at3 xlt 275/65r20 on 2014 Sierra with 2" level kit on the front only, at full turn slightly rub inner carpet which is not a big deal since I don't do full turn that often. It looks bad ass and love how quiet and smooth ride of the tires.
I have the same size on my stock ‘14 and it runs pretty good in the same place, I guess I’ll go with a 2” level kit. Mine aren’t as aggressive as the AT3s, so I don’t think it’ll rub
I was thinking about switching to 33-12.5s from my 275/65/20s, I’m glad you posted this video. Mine are rubbing the inner wheel well on my ‘14 Sierra, but it looks like you have a 2” level? I would just get that to fix that issue if so.
Tyler Marlette what did you decide on these tires? I currently have the 275/60R20 KO2s on my leveled Silverado with no rubbing issues at all. Would love to go up to /65 but worried they will rub. Mine is 2WD on factory shocks.
do you notice more rocks slinging with nexen? i swear i feel like these tires throw rocks more than other brands. gonna switch to nitto next time around
@@Stop_the_cap311 Yup just on full turn it rubbed on the inner carpet. But I drilled some small holes and used black zip ties to hold the that carpet stuff and no rub
I have a 2017 GMC Sierra 4x4 with a 2 inch leveling kit. Just measuring and looking under my truck it doesn't look like they will rub my fender wells but I believe they may rub on the upper control arm. I don't know anything about spacers but I'm thinking a narrow spacer may prevent them from rubbing. Is there any cons to using spacers.? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks
Thank you, you just helped me out. I have 33/12.5/20's and wanted to know the differences vs a 275/65/20...Thank you sir!

Yes, 2 in level👍
@@zachcrowley2741 definitely the best size tires for our GM's. same factory width with all the height advantage and minimal fuel economy drop if any.
Heck yes, thank you. You answered my question perfectly. Good job
Just put some 275 65 rts on 20s on a 2" level added 6mm spacer for safe measure and full cork no rub no trim thanks for the video.
more video of the truck with 275/65R20 would be awesome. can’t decide between the /60 or /65 for Ko2’s
Tyler Marlette I'll make one

Taller and a bit narrower looks better and fits better too.
I agree! I didn't like everything slinging up on my truck and the scrubbing irritated me.

You have a lift or leveling kit? And how’d you get your exhaust to sound like that
They look better in my opinion. Makes the over all truck a lil taller
Just ordered the toyo A/T 3 285/60 r20 for my 2015 gmc sierra with a leveling kit. I hope it dont rub too bad
Pistol Pete comparing them with mine, I think you will be fine. You going to be about 1/2 in. shorter than mine but a tad wider.
Did they rub?
Did the 285/ 60 R20 rub?!

My sons 2015 gmc truck has spacers and no issues yet
Looking at getting this same tire size on my 15 GMC. How did the Nexen tires hold up after a few years?
Still running them, doing fine!
Will these rub without a leveling kit? Thinking of getting the same set of tires for my stock Silverado. Thanks for your time.
Yes, will rub without a leveling kit
Do you know what size wheel 20x9?
They are 20x9s
Thanks for help but u r sure 65 doesn't rub
Full turn in reverse does just a tad
Thanks
You could have just changed the upper control arms and would of solved the problem.
Can it 275/65/20 on a stock 94 Sierra w/o rubbing?
I doubt it without a leveling kit
@@zachcrowley2741 thank you. Compared to taking off a set of 275/55/20. They only seem taller and A little bit thinner
Nice truck! What brand level kit did you get?
Adrian R rough country
I am looking to do the same on my 2017 GMC Sierra 1500. How did the 275/65/20 affect the performance?
Very little!
What size lift/level did you use?
2" level
no rubbing with 275/65R20?
No sir
295/55 r 20 don’t rub
So just a 2" level
Juan Ybarra yes sir
