I will sample it again, and if it's the same, I will get it. She has a dirty floral that I would like to check out. T Rex, the sample I got from indieScents, kinda was a mix of a leather and the blue liquid disinfectant stuff that my barber would place his combs in many years back. I was on the fence with T Rex. I never ended up with a FB. I have Bee and Chipmunk. I just recently got them on a deal. It's the same place I got Trumper's Sandalwood. I have a sample of Beaver before it was reformulated. I guess people complained about it too much. I just might send it to Ramsey. Thanks for the review.

I actually got one of the few unsolicited compliments I've had in my perfume journey while wearing t-rex. 'Oh my God, you smell AMAZING' was what I was told, much to my surprise. Such an interesting house and it has been a real pleasure watching your reaction to their perfumes. Great work, Rich. Outrageous!!!

I imagine if I smelled trex on someone I'd be interested by them and possibly say something... "have you been cooking and eating people?" 😂😂😂 it would be great to smell it in the wild, some people really like that metallic vibe
All Zoologists blurbs should be read by the 🦆 whilst lounging in a bubble bath with a glass of wine. I get a smoke and blood note with charred greenery in a ⚡️ strike. I often smell my sample, but could never pull off wearing. SOTD: Moth I’m getting a buzzing light bulb accord. 😂 looking forward to your “On Skin” testing. Try that Koala sample again in high Summer.

This is now THE definitive Zoologist review set. We’ll done on all of it. Everyone will have their like/dislikes (Snowy Owl was repulsive to me and make me immediately nauseous), but there’s enough here for anyone to make an informed decision.
I could go on for days about Gardoni, my personal favorite perfumer but his work is definitely not for everyone. Rose Oxide is behind that “metallic” vibe, although after wearing it for a while I kind of go numb to it. Whatever note listing you see for any of his work is probably less than a tenth of what’s actually in the formula. Saw an interview in Sebastian’s channel where he said he encompassed some humor in the perfume (huge notes of death and smoke mixed with dainty florals) , as trex’s are these huge beasts with tiny little arms. Interesting to say the least, can’t wait to see what you think after wearing on skin
It definitely smells "oxide-y", metal chemical reaction etc. It's extremely interesting as a perfume, as I the rest of the house. The humour is good, have you ever seen the reconstructions of trex with feathers? Makes them look really soft lol
You’re not missing much with panda it would be the crystal palace of the house line up - mid table maybe near the relegation zone. Not worth chasing down, green floral, and woods

@@itskyyuuuu i have a handful of DSH's perfumes. i find her perfumery as prolific and frequently interesting, but i feel that she lacks artistic distance from her own work in her ability to separate successes from failures. note: most of her perfumes become discontinued quickly. i have a brilliant musc-oud, a set of meditative ouds, and a lilac sole-flor which i purchased for my mother (this lilac creation is gorgeous). she's worth exploring, but exercising caution as well.
