@@abhihulageri1389 thanks brother, there is no such process for high passes. As mentioned in the video keep taking diamox tablet as per prescription and give ur body time to acclimatize. Also, don't spend too much time on high passes.

It should be waterproof You can consider one brand Ozaro it is one of the cheapest option out there for bike riding.
