Some say he is slow blah blah blah but i wd pay to see them there better than most of the people making the negative comment he is Richie Blackmore if u dont like it go watch another channel n stop acting like you really know anything about music . Richie is a great guitarist one of the best to ever walk the planet show a little respect or get on the stage n blow him off the stage now that is funny

I am 54 yo and I have seen more than 300 hard rock concerts in my life and still to this day Blackmore has the absolute best tone of any guitarist I have ever listened to. I play myself what is known as a Ibanez lawsuit guitar. Looks like a Les Paul black triple double humbuckers all gold plated nice . However, I cannot get the sound that he gets. He has been my idol guitar player my entire life. I believe that the bside of Rainbow Rising has two of the best hard rock/metal songs ever recorded. He set the stage for everyone that has followed. WITHOUT QUESTION !!!!

просто люди пришли посмотреть на старика Ричи! не важно как играет и звучит! Для многих это просто прикосновение к легенде. Это как раз тот редчайший случай,когда правильно сказать-легендарный! Именно к Ричи применимо это слово,а не к пугачёвой и всякой шушере,которую у нас любят называть легендарными! Вот здесь реальная легендарная личность. И легенд море и личность жива.
Когда шли на концерт услышали шикарную фразу двух пожилых людей , не дословно :) " Мы идём на Ричи не потому, что он в преклонном возрасте, а потому что мы пока живы и можем его увидеть и услышать". Как по мне, то очень правильные слова. Быть, видеть и слышать Мировую Легенду Рока это что-то!!!
Я поклонница Ричи, но мне непонятен выпад в адрес Пугачевой и сравнение с шушерой. Твое утверждение говорит только о твоей ограниченности

Спасибо за видео. Я ходил на этот концерт. Как дурак купил билет в вип-ложу за 15к, мол на Блэкмора не жалко, только чтоб никто смотреть не мешал, но она по факту была так далеко от сцены, что один хрен его еле-еле увидел) Сегодня кстати день рождения маэстро. Всех с праздником!

This is quite a long show loaded with a repertoire of some great Rainbow and Purple songs! Ritchie's playing might have slowed a bit, but I'm not sure how possible it is to maintain his lightning-fast speed of past years. He is among my favorite guitar players, and I love his work. Thanks for posting this!
At his age , of course the piss and vinegar of youth is gone.

His musicality, the love and care he puts into it, are the same as ever.

Although I miss the stinging, hot-lava solo of Burn, Ritchie plays like only he can. This concert (and the subsequent ones in St P and Berlin) see him more animated than he was in 2016 & 17. There's life in the old dog yet. Long Live RB - the greatest of the great.
i must say that i studyet blackmore... he doesn't want to play with the nerv he got ... it's about the woman...
In my eyes, 2018 is a huuge step back from 2017. The whole band was incredibly unrehearsed in 2016, it was way better in 2017, but this year it's just about as bad as it was in 2016. :(

He's not lazy you idiot. He's got arthritis so he can't play that fast anymore. It's not about being lazy, it's about not being able to play as well being 70+ years old than when he was 20, 30 years old.

Rainbow rising lineup was the best but Doogie is a great singer and imo is 2nd to Dio.

@@jonblackers4339: Please excuse delay. Ok, to increase speed, but keep key the same, press the little black or white clover/wheel-shaped icon at the bottom of the picture; select Playback speed; then press 1.25. That'll take Burn up to the speed of Paris '75. :)

I disagree strongly with those who say RB is doing this for the money…In my opinion I think he is doing it for the fans. I believe he wants to do one more hard rock tour before he retires. No….he is not the hard rock style player that he was in ’72 or ’82. However I think his heart is in the right place and these concerts are mostly for the fans-to let them know he has not forgotten them -if it was all about $$ there are more lucrative options available to him.
