Food for thought: I’ve learned that there is a downside to using digital style radios. Even when the digital radio is off, the battery is being discharged just to run the clock. When you turn off an analog radio, it does just that: it powers down - goes off.
If use star and Delta connection coils at two ends may self power forever too

It's way better is everything you guys need to weather information to police officers anyting more stuff deforming on battery you can use that show The Light FM radio way more better than the regular radio stuff make sure you charge in the Sun so you can use it in the house when power goes off or there's no light but the powers not ran out basement hotel acting like that or someplace that doesn't have light our country because some country don't have light

@@petervonpanda I used FREE Craig's list to get a treadmill motor. I did have to buy tools to dismantle the treadmill. Bicycles are cheap at thrift stores. Leg muscles are way stronger than arm muscles. Treadmill motors have a high internal resistance and it depends on the "draw" of what's being charged. So I get 2 amps for long term charging at an easy rate. My guess is that I get to pedal much slower than a person would have to crank their arm for 2 amps. Sure a bicycle generator is not portable - I did keep it in the tent all summer and the motor rusted. So I scored another free treadmill and started over again. haha. Nothing better to do? Yep.
