Good catch there with the front stat bearing. Atkins doesnt sell oem parts so be careful there. Learned the hard way myself

Good luck on the rebuild bro. It sucks and rotaries are a pricey hobby but youre doing something most people would never. Nice catch on the oil pressure instead of just sending it

Look like if it only happens on the front bearing it may was having the alternator belt too tide but car look good keep it up
