Hi is the price difference between V1 ( rm 9++ ) and v2 ( rm 12++ after put in you code ) worth it for me to get V2 over V1 ? I’m using it for my gaming purpose
As a new owner of katana v2 and having a 10+ year old Creative T3 (their old flagship released in 2008). The old T3 cost about 75% of katana and only has 3.5 mm audio connection no Bluetooth , it’s subwoofer size about a third or less of katana v2. Hearing katana v2 with 6db bass (max out) and semi high volume , didn’t impress me actually. it’s somewhat disappointing considering T3 were like ancient product comparing to katana v2 and katana subwoofer size. I would say , disappointing bass considering the size of its subwoofer , but decent music quality and doesn’t blow you away kind of speaker. Design and usability definitely fancy with Creative phone app and bright LED lighting. Worth an upgrade from my old T3 for me ? Not sure. Me only use it to blast EDM music occasionally. With a price tag north of 300 dollars this is a difficult buy. The use in TV is also unjustifiable since for this amount you have a range of proper TV bars and not some cheap plastic looking mediocre sound bar like this one. Hard pass
