Can't wait until calving starts at the rental place, 🤞🏻for the skinny brown 3 year old newcomer 🤔
I can’t wait either. It’s exciting to see what kind and color calves they end up having!
Good looking group
Thanks 😊
No better time to put money in the Bank.
nice video update, and why yu not also bought steer for the spring and in autumm sell it as they gain weight, always nice videos
I’m in the Joplin area was wondering if you had any angus calves for sale
Hello Isaac. No need to share your fiances with us. Glad you are making money though. Thanks for a great video.
A couple of pounds of protein, 3 pounds of corn, 90 days and you won't know that skinny red brama
I just can't help but wonder if you'll bring johnees into your herd eventually.
That is a possibility. We dealt with that at the home farm since it used to be a dairy, the vet said it just lived in the soil. But I won’t be retaining any heifers from this herd and the cows themselves will also be going to slaughter after raising a calf.
I try to pick cows that don’t have a clear Johnees case. The skinny cow shown actually has solid manure and doesn’t appear to have it.
It is a real concern though!
It's good to know you're aware of the risk. Sometimes people just aren't aware of things that can happen. I am personally trying to rid my herd of BLV. I hope to never deal with Johnees. @@FarmandHammer
❤ your videos!!
I just watched your video, I Just Bought New Bulls - did you get that bull's hooves fixed that were curled up? He looked miserable. They can be trimmed. Please help him.
❤.
