It's like opening old wounds every time I hear the OSTs. I've heard of Nicole's Home, it's a beautiful OST, but I've already made the announcement earlier (check my community tab) preparing for a new project after these 3 Until Then OSTs.
Unfortunately, there is none. I only have Synthesia videos. If you want a sheet music, you can try and download Pianotrans (github.com/azuwis/pianotrans). That converts audio to MIDI, then maybe import the MIDI to MuseScore or a similar application. I also have my MIDI files on Patreon for all my arrangements (if you want to support: patreon.com/DanielAustria).
Finally ive been looking for this one, too bad i dont have piano...
