It genuinely baffles me how you’re able to pump these out so quickly, while still keeping a consistent and good quality! Personally, this is probably one of your most unsettling ones yet.
For some odd reason this is the one that creeped me out the most so far. The way things were timed along with the ambient noises used were quite off putting and atmospheric. It’s been great seeing this series improve over time! Keep it up!
I ABSOLUTELY love the way you nail liminality and eeriness into these bumpers just by removing the words\letters from the logos and other stuff like at 2:19. Awesome stuff as always Mary!
i love this mainly because the scare factor isn’t anything outright disturbing, it’s incredibly threatening, but the threat isn’t in your face. hell. you don’t know where it is. but it’s there.
Fear of the unknown or irrational fear is caused by negative thinking (worry) which arises from anxiety accompanied by a subjective sense of apprehension or dread.[22] Irrational fear shares a common neural pathway with other fears, a pathway that engages the nervous system to mobilize bodily resources in the face of danger or threat. Many people are scared of the "unknown". The irrational fear can branch out to many areas such as the hereafter, the next ten years or even tomorrow. Chronic irrational fear has deleterious effects since the elicitor stimulus is commonly absent or perceived from delusions. Such fear can create comorbidity with the anxiety disorder umbrella.[23] Being scared may cause people to experience anticipatory fear of what may lie ahead rather than planning and evaluating for the same. For example, "continuation of scholarly education" is perceived by many educators as a risk that may cause them fear and stress,[24] and they would rather teach things they've been taught than go and do research.
gotta say, binged all your teleblue vids, this is the creepiest one to me on a personal level i think (the pokeball psa is definitely the scariest in context though) i have a sort of "muscle memory" for bumpers, closing cards and the like cause i used to watch CN so much as a kid, so not only am i obviously creeped out by them being uncomfortably empty, but they're also onscreen for just a LITTLE too long so it's very... disorienting, it gives me the heebie jeebies
@user-lh9en7eh8w so imagine ending up in a level inside of a bedroom thinking you went back to reality and your back in own house but there's a tv that runs on a cable box that has an ai that can interrupt programming by killing characters including real people in the tv and maybe it can crawl out of the tv like that one horror film and kill you But that's just my theory.
This is by far the most creepiest anomaly you've done yet! The atmosphe and white noice just hits the spooky spot! It just hits different compared to others, nice work! ❤
Bro, VAL is a spooky face who shows up CONSTANTLY in this series, but never in a cliche way. It makes it better that this distorted face keeps coming back, with the lore building with each new appearance.
I like how Val his hidden in the tapes watching you, instead of just flashing or showing up randomly. I didn't notice Val in this and the last tape, and when I found him, I was unnerved by the fact that he was there watching me the whole time, and I didn't even know it.
So did this happen to you watching these? I’ve been watching them on my phone, and in the pitch black I couldn’t tell if I was looking at Val or my own reflection. I accidentally jumpscared myself because of it.
@@cheetosugar695 No that did not happen, I was watching these videos on my laptop in the daytime. Maybe next time I'll start watching these late at night
I like how the blank Cartoon Network Studios logo opens up only to see a blank red background (where the characters would be) and for me to hear distorted drain noises.
0:23 People might as well add their own text/animations to this and thus make parodies of the original logo (Cartoon Network Studios "Clapperboard" logo). Also why is there a drone when the clapperboard opens???

The song in the Adult Swim bumper is called Owls Only.
*"WATCHING IS BETTER THAN LIVING!"*
It’s actually a J Dilla song called “Welcome to the Show”.

2:19 Lol the dissonance of the upbeat ‘This is Cartoon Net-’ at the end of all that is both funny & unnerving
i heard kidnapped instead of toon net which made it scarier for me
