Kite has lines for his ArcV cards too (Cipher) and when he summons these xyz, he shouts "Rank8" or "Rank9". This is typical from ArcV, every character says the rank number or the level when xyz, fusion of synchro summoning. Which confirms that not only ArcV is going to come in the game but Kite will surely have voicelines with those characters.
I was specting a dialogue with little fairy to reference Arc V. About the Arc V world is probably going to come but unless they give Kaito new voicelines he probably won't say anything against Yuya or Shun/Shay

Bronk Stone's VA said that they recorded a line when he duels against Rio Kastle but it's nowhere to be seen in the files. They dont add all the lines to the game, I'm sure Kite will have lines agaisnt Shay and Yuya. Even Jack and Crow should have some ArcV lines. Maybe not Alexis and Aster, because they were added really soon into the game.
I am more amazed that he get a lot of his cards. Many characters can't complete their full deck, but with this you can really play Galazy Eyes deck without much trouble.

Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon's summon chant is at 17:20, but it's curious it was not played when you Special Summoned it off Galaxy Zero's effect in your other video. Maybe this line only plays if you summon GEPD with its own summoning Condition. (Tributing 2 monsters with 2000 atk or more on your field)
Probably in the future Yuma and Astral will be both unlockable as separate characters, just like Yami and Yugi Muto and Jaden and Yubel. I think they'll release Utopic Dragon as Astral's ace and Utopic Future as Yuma's ace

I watched the show as a kid and hearing Kites voice always made me super happy, and even in my teens it still gets me
