Can they hold taller spice containers like the ones from Costco? Do you find you have to limit the weight to keep them from breaking free from the shelf?
I have the same racks which are supposed to slide out from base in order to install but I can't get them separated. I watched this to see how you did it but somehow you did it without separating, but you seem 'handier' than me!

No, they can't hold spice containers taller than 4 inches (the jumbo sizes).
Can you connect two racks together -one behind the other? I have a lower cabinet where two will fit perfectly if I could line them up?

There is a stop to prevent the slide from coming completely out during normal operation. This has to be defeated to get it to release.
Where did you buy your sliding spice racks?
