i Bet its more like 25'+! 😆👍🏻lol
How much of a donation would it take for them to demonstrate on you ?
As the lord donut operator says: 50% of the time, the taser works all the time
🙃👍
But seriously lol
Thanks for the video, Ryan.
And by "gain compliance" he means "do the 20,000 volt funky chicken."
The good ol' electric boogaloo
Also known as shock and AUGHH
@@jacksongrantham4848
100% heard the outtro Wilhelm scream😂
"Why is the safety backwards?"
Because they don't want people confusing their gun with it..
However it does nothing to help with that and only leads to people thinking it's ready to deploy when it isn't
P.S. they sell some that make people do the macarena instead. 😂
"50,000 volts doesnt care how much you can bench" - my boss or something
BARS
Except if you are bigger in any way it will affect you less
@Snuggle City yeah, I'm not sure that's how that works.
@@thomasborders6882 It actually does. People with more mass are less affected and can even fight through the tasing, especially if they are on drugs.
@@wape1 That's when you add more tazers. At some point, the muscular and nervous systems will "comply," drugs or no drugs, size be damned.
The heart may stop, but there WILL be compliance.
"Gain Compliance" gotta love those army euphemisms.
🤷Better Than ED 209s "You have 10 seconds to comply"(proceeds to gun you down in 4 😂).
I think we should see Ryan gaining compliance. It's only fair, yea?
All taser operators have to receive a tasing during the course in order to carry the weapon.
Axon, the company that makes Taser and certifies instructors, no longer recommends exposure as part of training, interestingly enough.
It’s up to the individual agency to decide if they want to do exposure. I have mixed feelings on this. On the one hand there is value in exposure. On the other hand, I didn’t have to beat my trainees with a a baton or shoot them at the range, so…
@@lornenoland8098 tell that to the GIGN. Graduates shoot each other in the vest before engaging targets.
@@lornenoland8098 probably because you shoot to kill and its reasonably likely you got hit over the head with something but itd be easy to not know the pain of a continued electric shock
@V hey don't you dare leak military secrets
We can't have the privates drinking all the cobra venom we saved up
I've been tased, gassed, handcuffed, pepper sprayed, and choke held. Mostly in training :).
Translation:
“I shoot the bad guy with a 20,000 volt confetti cannon that makes him drop like it’s hot.”
"gaining compliance". Even if involentary its still complaince
Hey, if they're convulsing on the ground, they're not evading arrest.
@@thomasborders6882 “not evading” is perhaps one kind of “compliance” 😆
Did you get a chance to take a hit from it? As a MD police officer everything we carried had to be used on you. Pepper spray and Tazer. They are good tools when used correctly. Its a pretty good buzz that causes you to loose muscle control but someone CAN still fight through it. Usually not well but a dedicated opponent bent on getting to you still may. The MD National Guard is very professional and motivated. Great people!
I would like to, but they have to get a waiver for me since I am a civilian. They’re going to try to do that.
@@RyanMcBethProgramming if you’re ever Las Vegas way, I’m an Axon certified Taser instructor, and I can arrange that 😎
‘Everything we carried’ including your gun?
@@poseidon808I’d hope not or their health plan would be a lot more expensive
@@Xboxgames2 yeah, I heard it’s also illegal to shoot people even if they consent to it sadly :c
"Gain compliance"
Translation: "Shock the Florida clean out of the man"
Funniest taser log entry from the British police was "sheep was tased, sheep became compliant" apparently it was loose on a major road😂😂😂
That smile while he said gain compliance 😂💀
Bro that’s literally a Zeus from CS and you cannot tell me different 😂
Huh, always thought "less lethal" in the Army meant a 9-millimeter before 5.56... 🤔
That X26 is a really old model of taser now. My sheriffs office still has some, but they were all out of warranty back in 2012. A bunch of em still function though. Speaks to the ruggedness of the platform.
Wow , very well said. I like when people can explain something without sounding nervous or like he is reading it off a cue card and monotone. Great demo sgt.
USANGMP is one hell of an acronym.
I sang mp
It stands for US ANGry MP.
ARNG for Army actually, ANG is Air National Guard
@@teradaryo first of all) "☝️🤓"
second of all) cant even be silly anymore 😒
@@TraceyIsTired I was just trying to make your acronym longer 😢
I just have to say the professionalism drilled into the US military is pretty amazing. I work with them from time to time an they make me almost like humanity again.
Thats a very professional way of saying "Shock the shit out of someone"
also I could have used that in pre school "To make the children non compliant, compliant!"
missing this "toy" in my CoD arsenal. not kidding
Hurrah Maryland! Well trained indeed!
Don't taze me bro. Famous last words before the fire mode.
nah bro pulled out the Zeus X26
They do not sell x26’s anymore. Those are discontinued due to heart injuries. They found the power output was a bit high. A lot of cops aren’t happy about it.
Getting both prongs to hit at 21ft….iffy. They do advertise it though.
My department is moving to the taser 10.
Currently carry the x2.
For some reason I keep hearing “I’m a Sargent Dixon” instead of , “I’m with Sargent Dixon “ I must be loosing my mind.
Thank you Sarge
As much as so many of us dislike the military police. And with good reason, I might add. It is absolutely refreshing to see people who are subject matter experts, in their chosen field, showing their knowledge. R/S, A Marine Corps Infantry NCO who may or may not have had a spirited disagreement with a few Army MPs in Korea and somehow got away.
Wait until you see the new 10 series, up to 10 cartridges.
Thanks, Sgt. Dixon!
I think the MD National Guard may be busy in Baltimore City this Summer.
I'd much rather ride the lightning 10 times for every OC spray
No testing? Come on Mr McBeth! You know it will get the views!
Great work fella. Keep it up!
Riding the wave.
Carried the x26 for a year before I left. I pulled it about 3 times total but never had to use it
Great brief Sarge
Comments for the algorithm. Ryan is top of the food chain and this series of shorts is awesome.
Love the tricolour! ☘️
Remember to find the side of the hook that is pointing before you start to remove 😂
I thought tasers were for "less than lethal" situations, and not for "compliance" according to manufacturer's recommendations.
Amd here I though, you were going to let him use it on you Ryan.
Next video in the series:
Taser to Gain Compliance on soldiers who outrank them.
Hello Sgt. Dixon. Of the troops, for the troops.
Taser 7 and 10 are a whole lot more incapacitating
Ha! We still rocking the ones without cams where I was.
As the lord donut operator says: 50% of the time, the taser works all the time
🙃👍
Now that was a nice example of "newspeak"
"to gain compliance"
Do not say: Force obedience
Say: "gain compliance"
Sounds much nicer.
Nothing against the MP explaining, he is just parrotting his PC instruction manual.
PC: Where you evade clear wordings in order to prevent pushback.
I was going to say to "make you my bitch." But you said it better
Chances are, if that's the way you take them down, they'll never be obedient. Perhaps slightly more compliant, but far from obedient. They'll spit, cuss, and make it plenty clear they don't like the situation they have found themselves in more often than not.
Current use DOD taser? They discontinued support for the x26 in 2014
25 ft on the green one my guy. Grey is 21 ft.
Of the Troops and for the Troops!!!
No demo Ryan? C'mon!
Wait.... A... Beard?
US Army used field telephones to "gain compliance" with VC suspects during Vietnam War. We love electrical weapons because they don't leave any evidence of their use. Not much different than night sticks or slap jacks. Just more honest.
I felt a little pee come out….. normal?
'Gain compliance'
10000.Volts⚡️
We have not been told how a taser works, just how to operate it,
Taser doesn’t even make those anymore. By the time we got replacing the last X26, they didn’t even work. That unit needs to upgrade. Hopefully those still work.
why is he so happy when describing the usage?
less lethal = no highscore
I'm gonna go full Peter Griffin on this, did you just say his name is Sergeant Dicks? 😂
I thinking something was wrong with the audio, all I heard was "SHAVE THE FACIAL HAIR TROOP!" repeatedly.
Thomas A Smith Electric Rifle. TASER. Cool way for your name to carry on.
You forgot to use the taser on someone.
"Gain compliance" with stains in the subjects underwear!
Oh i am VERY familiar with this device 😅
Ah come on! You should’ve been Johnny Knoxville for a day and let him use it on you. 😂
My puffy jacket protects me from your zappy mcnerf gun
The X26 will be phased out in favor of the Taser 7 or 10.
Last I checked, you can’t even order an X26 any more, just batteries and cartridges
I was surprised to see it. I had one when I retired from law enforcement in 2015, and it was a legacy then.
I thought you were northern Irish (British) Ryan? Your people don’t like that flag on your hat one bit.
Unfortunately, in the US if I wore in Ulster flag, nobody would know what it was. Most Irish Americans are initially from the Republic anyway. So it just makes me more approachable.
@@RyanMcBethProgramming they’d be wearing a Union Jack not an ulster flag, they get very protective over their Union Jacks. Usually seen flying beside Israel, Parachute Regiment and occasional N*zi flags.
I’d prefer the Irish flag too, if I was you - good choice!
@@RyanMcBethProgramming I've seen a mix of a tricolour with a red hand of ulster in the middle of it, that could work. Red hand is a cool symbol, my family crest, but there has been some bad dudes in history who've misused it
Suprised the military didnt add infrared scopes to increase even further increase profits spending
Come on, fire it!
Whatever happened to the the tazer shotgun round? That thing was crazy
They were expensive to field and not very effective. They exist, just are more of a conversation piece that a force multiplier.
Is it the same way as the civilian one the cops use where it sets off fireworks on a computer somewhere when it gets used?haha
You should let them demonstrate on you !!!!!
Trying to figure out the range in meters off the top of my head..
6m?
How fast is the "muzzle velocity"?
KDDB!
Seems like it needs a lot of electricity; how do you recharge it?
AA batteries I believe
@@JackTalyorD eh, just as well. thanks.
21 feet? CSGO taught me something different
I need that on the job.
How can I purchase it
Shocking video! Informative though.👍
By gain compliance he means a 20000v Chris Hansen tickle
Why is it black? Seems like a very simple and easy extra layer of safety to make it a different color than the standard service pistols, as earlier Taser models are
We're
bet its really 25'+lol 😆👍🏻
I love your hat
Cool!
Oh it is the big brother of the CSGO funny zap zap 😅
Less go maryland woooow thats what im here for

Ryan what's up with sgt. Dixons beard?
OH! i know him from cdo training
Like these videos
A Abraham lincoln It was a trash-talking army wrestler. After he whipped the boys in the yard. He said in order to lick the Bull, you gotta get the horns wet./or something lol.....hahaha ❤
That beard is non compliant
Gotta have sites
Does it have a double whammy mode?
That's the Zeus from csgo
Lmao
670-1 Complaint?
Ryan not tased? What was the point of unholstering the thing?
How is Sgt Dixon allowed to have facial hair?
DEMONSTRATE!!!
