    Hi 🙋🏼‍♀️ I didn’t know what I was naming this series when I filmed it, at the end I rated the plant 1-10 but in every other video I’ll rate “sassy” or sweet. Thanks guys 😊💛

    Yesterday, I received my first P.L. as a node with a tiny leaf and roots. I paid 12.00 dollars for this node which I couldn't believe the price. The roots are in great shape. I potted in a nursery pot with well-aerated soil and it's sitting under my grow light. I know this baby is going to take off. Thank you for sharing the info. It really helped me.'

    I love this idea! I wish you had a begonia malachosticia because I just got one and 😳🤦🏻‍♀️ I thought I knew what she needed but...she’s not a very nice person lol. If you do have one I’m sorry for not remembering but I have watched ALL of your videos that even mention the word begonia. ❤️🤣❤️❤️❤️🤣

    Hi! I loved your video! Wondering what kind of care you gave her when she was rooting in moss. I have mine in moss right now, and I’m on the hunt for a video on how to care for her at this stage!

  • @daysymarquez1165

    Can you do one on the philodendron paraiso verde? Mine is reverting and I haven’t much on how to keep the variegation. I have it near a bright east facing window with morning sun and about 72 degrees and humidity from daily showers.

      Aww glad you found it helpful 💚 To propagate you just cut below a node and put cutting in water or moss. They root up really fast ☺️

    Great video. Thanks! I am getting a baby Painted Lady this week. I’m not totally sure where you live, as I’m new to your channel, but they cost a lot more than $100 here (in Canada), unless you are getting a baby plant.

    • @sassysucculent6291
      @sassysucculent6291  3 года назад

      Goodness! It is easy to find them for over $100 here as well unfortunately BUT the prices have been dropping so I am thankful for that. So exciting you are getting a Painted Lady 🤍 You will love her

    I love my Painted Lady. She has been beautiful since I brought her home. Mine is off to the side of a grow light . I saturate her in the shower, then let her dry out.

    • @thenande

      Hi! May I know how often do you saturate her?

    • @sharondvorak6914

      @@thenande About every two weeks. She is in her original nursery pot, inside a cache pot.

      @@thenande 7 mos ago, and I’m sure you’ve figured it out, but best way ever to water. Makes sense as it mimics a good rain pour. Plus you clean the leaves, which reduces pest problems. Just more difficult when you live in a jungle, right?

    I’m planning on getting a cutting of a painted lady. Do you think she can survive 20 ft from a window? I do have a grow light that can be on in the evenings maybe for 5 or 6 hrs til bedtime!

    • @sassysucculent6291
      @sassysucculent6291  2 года назад

      I think it would probably do ok but only thing is it may not produce the bright colored variegation. You can totally test it out and play around with it and see how she does though 💚 You will love the plant !

  • @AlbertoZaccaria

    Hi! What type of tie are you using? I've never seen anything like that one here in Italy. I mean, the green - I think it is green - stripe at the bottom of the pale moss.

    • @sassysucculent6291

      Hi! Ok so that is plant Velcro tape! You can find it on Amazon and sometimes in big box stores in the plant section! It’s awesome stuff ! A big roll lasts me forever. It securely holds the plant stems to the pole or trellis without damaging the plant ☺️

    Is this the same as Philodendron Medisa ?

    • @TheBSideDJ
      @TheBSideDJ 10 месяцев назад

      ow I already find the answer... The Medisa looks like the Painted Lady but is a different cultivans then the Painted Lady. The Medisa is created by a Belgian guy. I bought a Medisa today (in Belgium). Late Guido Mermans named his cultivans in reference to his 2 children Dirk and Sandra (ME-rmans DI-rk and SA-ndra - ME DI SA)... Turned out his plant nursery (taken over by Dirk and family) is located 2 km away from where I live...
