Hi. I recently went for a holiday and rented a car in Dalaman, turkey. The company is called right cars. The rental car company turned out to be an absolute scam. They did not follow conditions written in the rental confirmation email. Instead of blocking the deposit they charged the actual credit card. Secondly, they charged a higher deposit of 900 Eur instead of Eur 650 written in contract. Thirdly, they charged in turkish lira using an exchange rate of their choice. It was 11pm at night and i had no option so I went along. Now I read their reviews online that they will do everything to avoid giving the deposit back. What are my options?
I feel bad for what happened to you with that car rental company, unfortunately especially in Türkiye 🇹🇷 they see tourists like banknotes and they like to scam people for their profits purposes. The inflation is very high and the value of the Turkish lira is very low and going down. I personally felt good with this rental car company, that I have discovered just simply roaming on the airport of Istanbul sabiha gökcen. I guess I got lucky. I’ve got scammed many times , when whoever rentals were asking me to put as guarantee my credit card 💳, so that’s why I try to avoid this inconvenience, or they will scam me on and on again.
Hi there ! Nope cause I have paid a full package, where it was written that whenever will destroy, scratch , bump or whatever with the car, it’s fine cause I have paid a sort of Kasco that is protecting me from all the possible car damages, in case of accidents. The price that I deal was that and it remained that at time of the drop off of the car. 🚗
You dont need to compare india India has good roads than many middle eastern countries and indians have better driving skills than any middle eastern people .
@@soghepardo oh really i was born and brought up in india 😁.no issues with your views about india nothing gonna happen. We will continue to grow above all the racism towards india and indians .
I drop off the car at Cizgi drop off, they will send you via WhatsApp, the map of the car drop off 🚗 deposit. That is few km away from Istanbul Sabiha Gökcen. HGS tolls fees I paid around 50,00€ , it was very cheap cause I have been travelling from Istanbul off to : Ankara, Kapadokya, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kaş, Olüdeniz, Bodrum, Pamukkale and then back to Istanbul. So I travelled all the main Turkish 🇹🇷 cities and the HGS costs where 50-52€ not more than this, so to me it sounds really good. Plus the devaluation of the Turkish Lira, of course makes Euro, Dollar, English Pound or Swiss Francs more powerful and valuable. I hope I have answered correctly to your question, enjoy ! 😊
@@soghepardo Thank you for all the valuable informations.. I still have one more question 😅.. How did you pay for the HGS fees? (you charged it in advance at the rental office or when you dropped off the car?) Thank you very much 🙏
No worries I’m always available to respond. Well in advance it’s impossible to pay any amount, since no one can know where exactly you are going. So of course you pay the HGS fees right when you drop off the car 🚗. The rental car will calculate everything and you can pay even by card. You are welcome 🤗!

Do they require you to have your drivers license for more than 2 years or do they not check that at all ?
They didn’t check or ask me anything regarding of how many years I’m having the driving license… 🪪
Hi! Is it true that Cizgi didnt ask for any deposit? I surveyed the others company and their deposit are crazy, some of them even ask for 1000 Euro 😵😵
Yes exactly with Cizgi one year ago, no deposit, but it was before the big inflation, now I have no idea , if they changed their policy or no… 🤷🏼♀️
Hi,
Do they try to sell you any insurance and rise the price?
Thanks
