One of the earliest owners had lost the elder wand when his throat was slit while he was drunk.

I think Dumbledore defeated Grindelwald by disarming Newt.

Tom Riddle complained that the Elder Wand wasn't allowing him to perform to his own Great Standard.
I don't think it was the wand.
I posit that Magical ability is tied to one's essence...
    One's very Soul.
Tom had deliberately split his Soul in making his horcruxes, so he only had but a smidgeon left within himself.
It may not have been obvious while the horcruxes remained but as they were destroyed his magical ability would wane comparatively.
Splitting the soul 7 ways may have left him with about 14 and a pinch percentage, if you count it as a soul split 7 times evenly, but it could be worse than that.
What if each time you split the soul half goes into the horcrux?
That would leave Tommy with but one and a small bit percentage of soul remaining within, and all he would have left after all the horcruxes were destroyed.

I find all of these videos interesting sometimes in good ways and bad but still interesting all the same.

18th century, or 1800s...? -there's a difference between the meaning of the two terms

stopped after first point....already canon showed elder wand passed after a wizard slit others throat while sleeping....method of victory does not need to be magical

For Voldemort of course it looked like Snape was the master of the elderwand. Just because he didn't pay attention to wandlore. The wand loses the wizard. So Draco was undoubtedly the master of the wand.
In his ultimate duell with Voldemort Harry says himself that it is the question if the elder wand knew that he had disarmed Draco. Harry trusted the wandlore he had learned from Olivander. And he was right.
    I don't see the priblem.

If the play-that-must-not-be-named is canon then Hermione is the current owner

Didn't the elder wand stop being Dumbledore's when Draco disarmed him? When Snape killed Dumbledore he was already disarmed so it couldn't become his, and yes the part where Harry snatched Draco's wand out of his hand and becoming the master of the elder wand make no sense in my opinion but I'm not complaining about it 😊
