"Giving class of the Hoffmeister Concerto I am facing a general problem.
Hoffmeister becomes an enemy of the violaplayers.
The attitude of having to repeat this concerto because of auditions is becoming a highly heavy burden on their shoulder.
I like the Hoffmeister Concerto very much and I
want to put this piece in a new light."
