That bike has soul. Something modern bikes lack

I have a R75/7. Its a really nice bike. Although yours looks to be in much better condition. But man, the road surface conditions there are awful. I winced when you went over that 1st pothole.

Is that the same street from the French Connection car chase scene? Love the bike. Slash 5’s are the best.

Cool vid. Quick question about your petcocks. Are the fuel lines joined in any way? I'm looking at one for sale where the fuel line has been bridged so one petcock feeds both carbs. Not sure if it's the only one like that or if I just never noticed it on the ones I'd looked at before.

The fuel lines should cross over through the airbox, each petcock feds its own carb but there is a T fitting between the petcock and the carb that goes through to the other side.

I'm having that same clicking symptom on start - it's intermittent. Do you know what that is? I think I've traced it to the starter relay.

Weak battery causes solenoid to only click but not engage starter motor. Fully charged battery and it shouldn't happen. Charge or replace battery. If solenoid is clicking it is doing its job, it actually always clicks, we just don't hear it over the starter motor.

Could also be the wire to the starter from the battery. Mine was very corroded, I replaced it with the same gauge automotive wire from a regular auto parts store and the starter works much better. Never would have thought to check that, but once I put a multimeter on it was inconsistent reading and now working very well with new positive and negative leads.
