Communication is important in EVERY DAMN THING and with everyone. Can’t get away from it. My thing is think about if your child doesn’t tell you something serious how you will feel. Communication is necessary. She has an ADHD mind for sure topped off with overthinking so she is a thinker and Tamm is more passive but everyone’s feelings are valid.

Hey Tammaria. Speaking on the joke situation. I truly understand you. I will start off by saying golden is a good person and I like her, I watch her videos as well and follow her on ig. From the outside looking in just because she a good person doesn’t mean she is right for you. Y’all are totally different ppl. y’all maturity level is different. Golden do has a lot of growing up to do. Joking or not, you don’t hurt the person you loved especially around ppl. Certain things you just don’t joke about. Please don't listen to all these viewers in the comments with dismissive-avoidant personalities telling you to just cut off a 10+ year friendship over something that can be EASILY resolved with GOOD communication and setting boundaries. Communicating with your bestie to resolve issues as they happen is key to a long-lasting friendship, and good girlfriends are REALLY hard to come by, especially the older you get. Some time apart to cool off also doesn't hurt, as long as you always come back together to resolve things. Relationship counseling is also VERY underrated when it comes to your bestie. My childhood BFF and I have been going to monthly relationship counseling for about 5 years now, and it's the best thing we could've done for our relationship.
You don't realize how much you change as a person as you experience life, which causes your interactions and relationship with your bestie and your boundaries to change as well. The person you were and the relationship you had with her as a 13-year-old is going to be drastically different than the one you have with her at 23, which is going to be even more different than the one you have with her at 33. All relationships require work to maintain and none will ever be perfect. Just keep doing the work, and you two will be fine, regardless of the disagreements and bumps in the road.

I think a lot of people not just you tammaria correlate communicating their feelings with being confrontational. And i think it’s good practice in life especially with a friend like Golden or someone you TRULY locked in with that’s not going to take it the wrong way to practice communicating how your feeling when your feeling it because it’s makes better friendships and even relationships to be able to communicate your feelings in the moment and work through it then so they don’t just stack up and then your at your breaking point with the other person when from there POV they didn’t even know there was a issue.
