The only difference in Dubai and any other Middle East country way of construction is .....if they says they are constructing whole district including one tallest tower in the world....Dubai will start constructing the whole district along with the tallest tower......and finishes together with the tower....but when it comes to other Middle East country for example now they said they planned to construct the whole district with Jeddah tower they will finish the tower first then they will start the district........ the tower will finishes at 2020 then the district will finishes on 2030 in mean while some other country will built some other top building with whole district....then this tower and the whole district will be a waste no one will be around to enjoy the beauty at that time.......
