If you want a canon where the public learns of anomalies and the existence of the foundation, just go to broken mascarade canon

Vanguard is from scp 6500 which that scp turned into it own canon called no return

meh, broken mascarade is more so a story about the foundation continuing even after the veil is ripped away from them.
Vanguard/no return is more so a story about the Foundation being collapsied and a different organization taking the torch and slowly ripping the veil down themselves. It goes further than mascarade in that it explicitly acnowlages that the foundation is evil.
