Legitimately if fromsoft doesn't at least attempt to hire him or absolute Fair minimum, try to see every single thing he did and how he did it absolute best to replicate that with their weapons and animations in the next game finally updating from the old animations and movesets to new ones that feel like fucking animation but also easy and clear to understand how and why it works
I like your taste, trying to stay fair and balanced while still including fun weapons. I was excited to see what number 1 would be but it turned out to be what is already my favourite and most used weapon. I don't know if you forgot to show it or what but the spear has a counter when you deflect successfully that leads into a backstep. Kinda reminds me of part 1 of bloodhounds fang ability.
Thank you, I really appreciate that. I do try to showcase balanced weapons or how to make OP weapons more balanced as the whole point of souls' games is to be difficult. But I didn't know that actually! I missed that ability, most of these mods have an insane amount of moves that its hard to keep track of them all when recording. Thanks!

That combo move for the Bloodstarved Spear's bladed form is what I've I've always wanted out of a naginata weapon in Elden Ring. The Okami Warrior Spear is great too, but it seems to rely heavily on attacking the lower leg area combo-wise. And although I could do without the blood-bending gimmick for Bloodstarved Spear, it seems perfect for me to try out if I ever did Elden Ring mods.
If you like the Bloodstarved Spear, check out Clever raptor on nexus mods he is the author. He does some incredible work with weapon mods and has plenty to offer, usually mixing movesets from multiple from soft games and adding some sort of unique flair to it
The True Carian Sword and the Bloodstarved Spear are my favorites: I love the summoning of an additional blade even when just using one and the spear's skill is just incredible. I've been wanting to see more of the Sanguine Noble's abilities made into player moves.
Some might some might not, merging with large overhauls is usually tricky. You'll have to check with each mod to see if its possible. The bloodstarved spear has merging info at the bottom of the nexus page if you are interested

Yeah the sanguine noble design is really neat, I have really been enjoying the mods featuring npc moves

Need more heavy movesets like the scorching gladiator
My personal favourites are Lady Maria's moveset mod and Friede's Great Scythe mod.
I wish someone would make a gladiator moveset for the axe.. the whole chain and ball thing was awesome, and disappointing to not have on the greataxe
afaik, stuff like that is either extremely hard to do or impossible. Or just a huge hassle.
