Same happened to my cousin she was only a baby like new born I was heart broken I stayed awake for 3 nights I only got like 3 to 2 hours of sleep at that time and I’d check my phone everyday of every single second just to see my aunts phone number I called every day 2 times to check she was still in the hospital but one day at night I prayed and it was at 12:00am and so I prayed and prayed to god until it was like 2am? I think? The day after that I woke up to my phone ringing so I answered it and I bursted into millions of happy tears to know that my cousin was safe and perfect after that I always prayed at 12:00am 🥹

Not saying that its something similar but my best friend is in a hospital administrator of a renowned chain. She comes in contact with many national and international doctors. She has told me about many Doctors who scare patient's family about how difficult the case is and there minimum chance of survival. The reality is that the patient is not that serious, they do this to gain family's confidence which will give them goodwill and a lot of mouth to mouth publicity
Not my story, but my paternal grandmother's. Before my aunt was born, my uncle was born and was a sweet little kid who loved strawberries. Marcos Vinicius was his name. A few months after he was born, Marcos mysteriously started to cry non-stop, he'd cry and cry yet nobody could tell why. Marcos is then taken to the doctor where they discover he's got a very rare syndrome, the incurable leigh syndrome. At the time there were very few cases registered, so much so my grandparents had to go to our country's most advanced city to seek treatment for little Marcos. They did all they could for Marcos yet unfortunately, he was decaying right before their eyes. Marcos passed away at 1 year of age and I never got to meet my uncle. It was discovered my grandparents couldn't have any other male children other than the first-born, if my aunt was male she was going to be born with the exact same syndrome, even as female she had low chances of having it.

He was sobbing, I still feel like crying when I think about it. Thankfully both of them were okay. That was 11 years ago.

For those reading who think you did not have enough faith, and that is why your loved one was not healed, or was lost due to something sort of tragic accident or evil person’s actions, take heart! I’m so sad for all the boys and men, who were taught through abuse, they had to hide to cry. Who never feel safe to seek out comfort & support.
