Wow. Is your texture of hair the same as your daughters. Not that it matters. I used to do alot of wash and goes in the beginning. But I focus on protective styling during the week. It has been working for me. On Sundays I where my hair out at the kingdom Hall (place of worship) I reward myself on that day. It been working for me. We all in this TOGETHER MY SISTER.😆
+JaVonna Williams no I wish 😩 my hair is a lot more kinkier than hers is. My curls are very tight and it makes me feel like my hair isn't growning. But I know it is lol I put my hair in twists every other week and throw a wig on.

For some shrinkage is not a bad thing. It also means it's healthy. I comes to grips that too. We can fool people. Or surprise people off there feet. My favorite detangler for clean hair is shea moisture extra moisture detangler. Or any good leave in. For dirty hair I like to use Aussie moist conditioner to detangle. Hope that helps!
I have a question my hair gets very knotted easily and it's medium length and my hair falls out like I can just grab a small knot and pull it down and it will come out same when I'm. Brushing my hair any suggestions of how to help and products
what are you using to detangle? how do you usually wear you hair? if you have hair like my daughter and wear you hair down a lot then it will tangle easily, thats just apart of having kinky curly hair. when you comb or brush your hair try using water and a really good conditioner to help with detangling. aussie moist or aussie 7 in 1 conditioner is what we like to use. hope that helps

+Java well I don't go super slow I take my time though don't want her hair to get tangled. I add products to each braid and braid it.
