As mentioned to you in my previous comment (in another vlog), I made the massive mistake of panic-selling my Meralco shares some two weeks ago -- just when the market was down. Big, big mistake! Hope I will learn a lot from this booboo and become a better investor. P.S. I like to see if I can pull it off -- you know, to be like you: to be a trader and investor at the same time. BTW, I am starting to enjoy the process. Thinking now if I should go back to the job market pa (my plan after dabbling in a small-time biz).
😂 when I was on my first 2 months. I experienced 100,000 paper losses! I waited, then when it hit the break even point (BEP)... I sell. You know what? I lost the chance to earn, 2x 😓. I challenge myself to study again statistics. I used my mandatory leave to practice my brain cells. I’m a CPA, numbers is my edge. Sana I study first before my trade war begins. You inspire me to define my code name in the stock market. I was thankful that I’m in my 3rd month now and now gaining. No more BEP! I like how you present the divided stock market... I thought this is another boaring 20 minutes but I subscribed after watching 5 minutes! You have the skill in this field! (Acts 20:35 there is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving)

Hi Sir! Currently reading Graham’s book, and I would like to share this insight I just read “The true investor scarcely ever is forced to sell his shares, and at all other times he is free to disregard the current price quotation... Thus, the investor who permits himself to be stampeded or unduly worried by unjustified market declines in his holdings is perversely transforming his basic advantage into a basic disadvantage.” For traders, the rules are different but mood control and discipline both play a role.
Profit is profit. That’s the point of getting into stocks. But yes, having a plan is better than none, however If you sell and you make money no matter how small or big, remember you have made money, and if the stock goes up, remember that it can be the other way around! That anyways are what ifs only, what is real is the profit you accumulated!

I 100% agree! I sold my MM on 1st day gaining only 50% from IPO price, thursday of the same week gusto ko na magbigti kase tumaas ng 350% ang possible profit 4.5pesos per share 😅

I 100% agree! I sold my MM on 1st day gaining only 50% from IPO price, thursday of the same week gusto ko na magbigti kase tumaas ng 350% ang possible profit 4.5pesos per share 😅
