Thanks for showing these upgrades, interesting stuff The underslung tonearm weight I use on some of my Rega TTs and custom TT are: Iceni Audio and Michell Tecno Weight which also happen to look great too! Well worth checking out. On the subject of feet, Iceni Audio make some good ones, as does The Funk Firm with their Boing feet, these are also worth checking out. Jim🏴
I have a few modified Rega TTs, including an RP6 , my videos list the modifications done in it's description, if you have the time and inclination to check them out, my friend. You may also find the other comment I have posted here of interest. Jim🏴🙂
Thanks for the pointer to adjustable Rega feet. I wonder whether those are also available for the Naia. Just got one, and the lack of leveling options is a bit weird. Built my own leveling base, but maybe feet would be easier.
glad the guy is having fun with his record player and the free stuff sent to him.. of course, the obvious question is why Rega has continued to use only a round counterweight on it's very best tonearms.

@@jimsregaturntableshifijukeboxthanks for the suggestions. I'll check it out
That Sisters of Mercy Album is fire 🔥
Agreed
Pirates is my favorite album!
You can also record hi-res PCM files for AB testing. No need for extra turntable. ;-)
I’ve used a Groovetracer counterweight on a Rega RB303 and RB2000. I noticed a positive difference in both cases.

Contact Gus. Thanks.
Thanks for this info. I have a P6 and I am curious about some upgrades.
It's good to be curious, you may be surprised what's available.

I keep Tidal, thanks. The rest of you, have fun!
Do you happen to know if there are underslung counterweight upgrades for Technics turntables with original tonearms?
Not that I’m aware of.

Rega doesn't believe in VTA adjustment in their turntables. Explain that.
Do you ever use record weights or clamps?
I have in the past, but not recently. Thx
Wait, you purchase a very expensive TT and then require an upgrade. seems odd to me
What is your definition of "Very expensive"?
well, @MODAC i sure heard that wrong. had you said what i heard, that woulda been a heckuva gaffe.
Yes it would.
