The real estate agent is wrong. The demand for new apartments is Huge in Frankfurt and Rine-Main region. And it doesnt matter how much more apartments they build its still to less. Every hour 8 people move to Frankfurt Main.

Great news I am British hope it works out for them Britain deserves no mercy after BREXIT. I am one of the millions of British living in the EU who was denied a vote. Britain is not a democracy and also no friend of Europe in fact Britain was a Trojan horse that USA has used to damage Europe and the Euro. The collapse and death of the Pound will teach Britain a lesson it sorely deserves to learn.

Right, Germans speaks English, but the problem is they don't want!99% you will not get position in the bank unless you speak fluent German. AND! wake up! they are Germans, not flexible, they will tell you in your interview: ,,German language policy is in our bank". Basta! Once some rule, policy law created, Germans will follow it blindly. Thats why they lose against other booming economies flexibility.

Great idea to get London's banking to Frankfurt. Germany can replace their old industries with financial industries. I would also look forward to the political influence these bankers bring.

Dublin is much more attractive than anywhere on continental Europe. Apart from the excessive regulations, unless Germany and France are prepared to dump their languages and replace it with English, very few people would relocate from London to Frankfurt/Paris. These bankers and solicitors are too old/rich to be bothered to learn another language for work, they will most probably consider New York first, even HK, Canada or Australia before anywhere that English is not the first official language.

Apart from the former East, English is well spoken in Germany especially in Frankfurt, I haven't been in Dublin yet (unfortunately) but I have no doubt it is a great city but the tax gifts to big companies like Apple and co. should come to an end anyway I don't see this as a positive do you really think this is a good thing?

Tim Expect It I live in Frankfurt. Most people know at least some English. Of course English is not an official language here and many may not speak it very well. But still, it should be enogh to get by.
