Yeah that's Lucy not Burnice, and if you notice Lucy still wears the jacket Caesar gave her in this trailer (albeit modified a bit). The sleeves are the dead give away.

That's Lucy, not Burnice.
Lucy was royalty. She ran away from home went to the outer ring. (Hence why she was wearing high-class outfit.).
You can find Lucy in Lumina Square, talking to her Piano teacher.

To be fair, Lucy's VA (and Soukaku's, unfortunatly) got recasted since 1.1 and not everyone is hyperfocused on looking for NPC conversations with playables when they happen.

@@5Klo5 I’ve heard new Lucy 3 times and talked to them once in the city. Heck I basically have the game mute 90% of the time and my memory is trash.
This is not turbo nerd hyper fixation on small details, this is basic brain function from anyone that actually plays the game.

@@5Klo5 not really, monkey characters (especially one based on Sun Wukong) tend to use staffs and some turn into nunchucks (like Sun’s from RWBY)
