To those unaware: This anime is called Sakigake!! Otokojuku. It ran in weekly Shounen Jump for six years and the anime ran for 34 episodes. Done by Toei and a lot of the same staff as Fist of the North Star.
Not really spoiler but, in the beginning of the manga, the students just confused and think it's lame But at the end, they feel moved and proud at the speech, some even crying....
rehabilitation was long and required lots of self-abnegation but Nappa ain't no pussy and he had no time for pain or suffering, sadly, after leaving hospital he choose the comfy principal chair and settled down instead of going back into action with Vegeta.
After he was restored back to Life, Nappa became a Movie Producer. He had read Edajima Heihachi Sensei's biography published by the Minmei Publication Company and was impressed by the man and his life story. So impressed that he decided to make a movie about the Principal and his students. As a Saiyan, who was stronger than any human, Nappa declared that he would portray the lead role of the Genius principal. After getting permission bfrom Edajima Heihachi to make the movie and in order to make the movie a hit, he approached the strongest man on earth, Mr Satan to voice Edajima Heihachi as he had the voice that would match the magnificence and depth he wanted to go in for. The movie was a hit and Nappa was praised by the Principal himself for his effort with the Cheer of the School which was so manly, that it it regrew the hair on his head!

Well, dealing with gang students on their 40's is in another level. This is a principal with conviction, he is willing teach to his students, even if they have keep failing school for more than 30 years.
Watching this show, I thought, "dang, if Japanese students are this big, how huge would American students be!?" Imagine my shock and delight when the proportions were accurate. 😂
If you think the Kiryuins were badass in KLK, this guy only introduced himself and that was enough to make the earth shamble, have waves coming rampantly from fay away, gusts of wind sway the trees and even have Jotaro and Kenshiro in line and taking a listen.

I remember the part in EP.1 when the principal shouted his name and when he said "That's all"? the students fell upside down, that part cracked me up XD
Only eight words and two sentences. That is all he ever said but its the way he said that manages to make such a noteworthy impression. He is fairly memorable to make do with modern audience would perceive as a limited set of dialog.
