Everything about the railroad is smooth and gradual as it should be and the surroundings are very realistic. I would love to see more like a road trip from the end of the map through Cape Louis, past the airport, into Saint Marie and up into the hill country. Also a trip on the tram!
Actually insane how smooth this ride is. And you almost forget you're watching a game it looks genuinely like a real place. What's more astounding is you placed every single asset BY HAND, created an entire world from your mind to your individual mouse clicks. Incredible.
1:31 I don't know why but that little moment was really heartwarming in a way... It kinda felt like the ending of a sad but hopeful anime scene with the music and ambiance haha ! Great job as always !
I've returned for the upteenth time now to rewatch the trip. It just works. The gradual curvature, the natural sloping. It all gives it a very natural and realistic feel. And the soothing music does the rest. ;)
Yeah I do too but its kinda hard to build a train line, metro and tram are not as hard but I commuter rail line is hard because you have to find a way to cut through suburbs. But still try.
This was such a peacefull ride. The track was so smooth and it was nice to see all the spots from a different point of view. A nice ending of the series!
Love it mate so realistic if it wasn't for one doughnut van I spotted I could have sworn it was real life. I don't miss any of you vids love it so thank you. 😊
Just ... Wow. This was so relaxing. I love jumping on a train for FP view and just riding around in my cities to see the world going about it's business. You have inspired me at the level of detail. Beautiful!!
That was superb. Thank you. I am someone that enjoys driver-view train videos on RUclips frequently & I also play Cities: Skylines. Who knew the 2 would combine so well? Excellent work mate.
the commuter train is like a metro with big capacity that runs on normal tracks. so i would use it over suburban or central routes, but this route is nice anyway!
reminds me of the Gulf Coast especially crossing the bay. Reminds me of the railroad bridge across lake Pontchartrain into New Orleans and the bridge going across the Mobile Bay in Alabama.
Amazing detail to the track work -- its straight, sounds good and fits well intoo the build. One or two things missing whistles at the crossing and stations and then light effect in the tunnels. Maybe a bus trip next -- making connections and transfers to make the same trip. Did you have ferries I can't remember. Most importantly the detailing is precise... Great job.
As always, amazing work! One minor detail though: I'm playing the video at 0.75x and it still feels like the train is moving too fast! I guess if you slowed it down the video would be too long though... Anyway, thanks for this series, I really loved it!
really loving this type of content, just for suggestion can u do a car or maybe truck with a bunch of different pov, just so that we can feel how to be a Mile Bay's citizen wandering around the town 😁
Great video! :) Silly question, but is there a way to adjust the position of the first person camera? When I tried to make a video like this my view is stuck inside the front of train right next to the ground so it looks awful (same deal with trams, busses, cars etc). Help would be much appreciated!
Yep you gotta play around with the settings in the mod whilst out of the vehicle. Every vehicle is different so you’ll have to tweak it each time. Hope that helps and thanks!
Hello, such a beautiful video mate. So heartwarming and real. I had downloaded all the mods, but my game crashes for some reason. Can you please me with the mods? Thank you, Stay safe man. Looking forward to more contents like this❤️

How is that, whatever it is, at 3:46 realistic? That would exist nowhere in human history 😂
@@Drnken229it is a game
@@Drnken229notice how you had to pinpoint an exact location that lasted about a second
there is many more parts like that, its beautiful but it isnt realistic at all@@fizicio
How he able to switch first person view?

I LOVE the 1st person rides, especially when they are as scenic as this.
Incredible. You made all of that and it all feels 'right'. You are an artist.
makes me want to make a train line in my city now
it probably did a long time ago...
do it, as my philosophy goes: more train=good
Extend the gold coast light rail 🤔
Yeah I do too but its kinda hard to build a train line, metro and tram are not as hard but I commuter rail line is hard because you have to find a way to cut through suburbs. But still try.
I have a extensive rail network without mods, on console, just as good as this railway with mods.
This was such a peacefull ride. The track was so smooth and it was nice to see all the spots from a different point of view. A nice ending of the series!
As someone who lives in Louisiana and visited most of the places you drew inspiration from, you nailed it. Great work two dollars.
This really shows you dont need tons of mods and assets to make a great city
Love it mate so realistic if it wasn't for one doughnut van I spotted I could have sworn it was real life. I don't miss any of you vids love it so thank you. 😊
Those damn donut vans...
The sound effects man....bang on!!

Looks so natural and realistic scenic world.

Perfect. This peaceful melody makes it even better
Wonderful. Loved the cutaways to the wide shots to give us an idea of location.
It's so peaceful to ride on this train. Thanks
so incredibly realistic and detailed mate!
Glad to see the video has sound effects, it's not fun to "imagine" the sounds yourself as you watch.
That was really calm and smooth!
Is it weird if I say that this almost brought a tear to my eye? That's weird, right? Damnit.
Perfect last episode
Goodbye Mile Bay, Sainte-Marie and Cap Louis, you'll always be special to me !
Dude - this is INSANE. Well done indeed.
Well that was not bitter sweet at all :D Beautiful and fitting closure to a fantastic series!
Just wow - this is art.
Bro, this feels too real man.

I would believe it if someone told me this was not a game! 🤜🏿
Absolutely stunning video, a lovely epilogue for Mile Bay!
So nice and peaceful. Great break from work.
As a fellow gamer, i would say that this is an art! Not just game, big appreciate for your work dude
Felt very Fremantle line - a Cottesloe / North Freo / Fremantle port vibe. Then the music was great. Thanks much!
Stunning work!
Non players dont really know how big of a piece of art this is
Beautifully done. Just lovely.

great work, first person is must in CS2 :)

If you made all this imagine the possibilities game creators would have if they had you creating their ingame cities
I LIKE TRAINS!!!

This map is your best build.
Very nice….the only thing I see missing are signals.
Kool.
Awesome Work!!!
If there were a super like button, I would've used it
Beautiful city!
The geography reminds me of Istanbul
Really really nice. Enjoyed it. Beautiful views. But why so sad music. Was almost crying 😢
I’ll have to rewatch this later once I’m not at work with 480p quality
Hi, great video… can I ask how you added the sound effects!? Thanks
This was really relaxing to watch. What are you theme settings or do you by chance have it saved in your workshop?
He shows them in the second MB episode, the info is also on his website
@@egill624 thanks!

Great ride! Dropping some graffiti in the trench around 4mins would be a great addition
Nice!
Guidelines to watch this video -
1. Switch on the TV
2. Get popcorn
3. Go to Two dollars twenty and Select 4K
4. Hit play.
Train always horn signal when meet each other before leave station, or come to station, etc, so it missing some horn to make more realistic
Looks incredible! Do you really get 60 Fps I game with these mods and assets? Or its some kinda of edit?
Cheers. Lots of edits unfortunately. I usually get around 30fps with graphics on low
wonderful video, guys do you know how can I do first person in mine?
Is this based on a real place or did you make it up? 🌆
How do you make to have a real tunnel for your train ?
Hello, such a beautiful video mate. So heartwarming and real. I had downloaded all the mods, but my game crashes for some reason. Can you please me with the mods? Thank you, Stay safe man. Looking forward to more contents like this❤️
how do you get tunnels like that?
how tf did you make cities skylines run so well
How u made tunnels visible?
Hey Nice Video.
What is the name of the mod with which you change the camera perspective in the vehicle?
How did you get the sounds to work correctly, with bridges and oncoming trains and all?
this just shows how much i suck in cities skylines
Is there a link for the PL42AC asset in the thumbnail
How to make the inside tunnel looking nice like that, not just looking like blank see through or black?
nice ya
Does this feature is on the switch
How do you make it like that
This is definitely not the same game I've been playing
Whats the trick to smooth terrain and tracks like this

how to let the camera look so smooth
How you made it that we can see in a tunnel? In my case i am just under the map :(
I need help. how do i use first person on trains in cities skylines?
