Never saw this comment. But this was so annoying while trying to figure it out because leveling keys should be simple and never gave me a problem. Still have no idea why it happened but hopefully these work for you. Let me know if they do.
Would it have been better to install a whole leveling kit ? How would this differ from a whole leveling kit besides price. Wonder if this would work if u have a 6" lift . I have a 6" lift on my 03 duramax cranked my keys to try and level it out . Put to much stress on my rear universal joint and my cv axles had to change them out
@@derxgarage2121 Maxx cam 3 leveling kit with differential lowering spacers and shock extenders as well as keys. Thx for your response your video was very helpful 👍

Max Martinez yep stock shackles in the rear. And I almost maxed out the keys up front. Sits a little less than a inch higher up front then the rear. Tires are 33s. Stance is nice with 35s it would be perfect.
Actualy no tunes as of now. When I got the truck it had a attitude tuner and I took it off because I didn’t like the way it made the truck shift. I’ve wanted to tune it but tow pretty regularly so don’t wanna mess with reliability. What tunes you got?
I have efi live with dsp5. Can’t say who tuned it though 🤫 It’s the rumble but I’d like to go to the hissing. I’ve seen alot of the hissing and sounds like it runs a little better.
OnecleanDmax well what year duramax do you have? The “hissing” is from the variable vane turbos which is pretty much on every duramax after the lb7. The lb7 has the fixed vane.

Used to kick it at ave C .. cruz PV on the bike. Lived on anza. Running 05 HD just put keys in 3 inch up nice ..

What do you mean full leveling kit? You only need the keys and shock extenders. But it should work with a lift as well.

what set up do you have on this video (leveling kit and stock shackles)? I like the stance of this set up what tire size you running?

Did you have any issues with the upper control arm after install ?
No have not. Still going fine. Although my whole front end is pretty new.
How out of wack is your upper ball joints
It wasn’t as good as it was stock height but It never gave me any issues. Even while towing heavy or going off road and stuff like that.
Change your ride much ? Stiffer ?
Yea definitely stiffer. But honesty didn’t bother me much. But I know some people don’t like the ride after.

I have an 04 LB7. Im still kinda new with the dmax world. Lol. Learning everyday 😎
OnecleanDmax well yep there you go. The lb7 is fixed vane so they have a more rumble exhaust note.
Why you call the levelling kits torsion bars lol
Torsion keys. You are using the torsion bars to level the truck.
