I'm taking trilafon myself, and it works very well for me. Yeah, side effects suck, but if you wanna get the hallucinations to get less frequent, it works. It takes time, however. A long time. It's the best one I've been on, and I've been on lots for years. This is probably the best ever in reducing my symptoms. Paranoia gets better, but nothing will make it all go away. Take the good with the bad.

Trilafon is one of the best APs in the world, mid-potency, less sedation, less akathisia, Haldol sucks, anyway 6mg a day and it's been a Godsend, I get no side effects. I take 3mg at night and 2mg in the afternoon, originally took it in 1985 now then years later tried it again and works like a charm, also on Klonopin for anxiety and calms any EPS potential.

It has made my voices and my self relaxed. And all of a sudden, after increasing to 8mg, cigarettes seemed disgusting to me. I love it because it doesn't stop anything at low levels unlike Haldol. On Haldol you feel no thoughts at all. Don't recommend resperdol either. Man boobs are a side effect. No thanks.

You should see if abilify is right for you abilify is newer and actually increases sex drive and people lose weight on it
