I just like doing my woodworking, I try and learn by watching others and just having a go at anything that takes my eye. I’m an antique dealer that specialises in furniture so a lot of what I do is influenced by that with certain design aspects & methods.. creative processes also come into play with trying to change the “norm” into something visually new. I’ve been at this hobby a while on and off I’m certainly no carpenter or skilled in any way, I just like sharing what I do.. 👌🪚🛠️
The table looks nice. I like the holes in the legs to match with previous builds. I'm not sure about the holes in the middle of the table. It looks great visually, but functionally wouldn't work for my household. The wife does a lot of puzzles :) Once again, great video, and have a wonderful week
Love the table! It turned out wonderful! I follow one of your fellow countrymen David from Mayfield Restorations who also uses the brown paper technique. I never would have believed it, but my son tried it and loves doing it that way now! Excellent video! 👍
The table looks amazing Billy, when I saw the holes in the top I thought they were for tea lights, your Shelly seems like that kinda girl you know scented candles and oil burners and the like
The table looks great, Billy. Love the natural finish and those holes just add a certain something. The sound was great by the way - don't know if you used the Lark C1 but it sounded fine. Thanks for the ideas👍
Thank you.. the holes are a mere design thing to try and make my stuff stand out. Yes I used the c1 which I have tweaked a bit but I need to do a bit more via the app.
hya, loving the table, i think if i ever try that i would try putting some copper pipes thru the holes u made in the legs, enjoy watching your videos, xx

You call yourself a beginner; however, your designs and craftsmanship reflect an advanced aptitude for woodworking. Nice work.

@@thewoodjunki Bill how about using 20mm copper pipe for the frame of a coffee table with pinewood top?
Nice project. Seen a few of your videos and like what I see, so I've now subscribed. I'm also from DERBYSHIRE.
Cheers fella and welcome 👌
A minor point Bill but are Torx screws not self drilling, please forgive should I be wrong. I have used when fixing metal cladding to steel.
If I’m honest I’m totally unsure..
