Well I guess he made a mistake at 18:39. The probability for getting a queen out of all the cards after removing a king is 4 / 51 and just in case, the probability of getting a king out of the a deck of cards at the first time (see 18:12) is 4 / 52 , I mean this might a unintentional error. So nothing to worry about.
