By this time Charles would be 16 yes? So this is when Jessica would have told him Charles had died .. and now according to is Radley files he died this year too 2007- Marion (Toby's mom) who for some reason has something to do with the story dies 2008- That Halloween Alison starts receiving "A" text 2009- Alison goes missing and according to Mona via Lesli this is the night (September 1st) that Charles and Bethany leave Radley and never return 2010- The girls get their 1st "A" text now it gets really thrown off Between 2010-2012 Mona is revealed Mona gets sent to Radley The game is stolen Alison returns Thanksgiving Mona dies After Christmas Alison goes to jail & Hanna The girls are taking to the doll house I'm guessing this was the Thanksgiving & Christmas of 2011 and January/February of 2012 when that shit went down but Idk .. Remember in 3x08 when Wren tells Hannah to talk to the board about letting Mona stay in Radley instead of transferring her to a different hospital? He says to Hannah-"Im afraid you're much more impressed with my opinion than the board. I couldn't say anything to change their minds." Then he tries to convince Hannah to talk to the board because he thinks they will take her opinion more seriously. Imo that was a huge "Wren is A" clue. Wren had to get Hannah to talk to the board because obviously they wouldn't listen to Wren since he is a past mental patient. In a normal situation- why would the board be more impressed with some random visitor's opinion than they would with a doctor's?
I just hope they explain it! I think Charles is Wren as well (who else would it be?!), but like you brought up, he does end up working at Radley and if they don't explain how nobody recognizes him I will be extremely mad.

Ok glad u addressed this and I wish I had watched this video b4 commenting on the last one. The only two things that make me think that Charles couldn't of snuck out the same night as Bethany is that 1. In Cece's flashback where Ali tells her she thinks she's pregnant if you pause it when it shows the full view of Annie's Crab Shack Wren is there ( not at Cece's table) at a side table with a lady in a floppy sun hat. It's possible I suppose that it was Aunt Carol and she had taken him out for a vacation to Cape May idk. 2. Once he did sneak out why wouldn't Mrs.D have put him back in Radley, especially if he is the one that hit Ali over the head. Why would she sit back and allow him to date Melissa Hastings? I can see her covering Ali's supposed death up for him, but why not send him back to Radley? It's possible that he was in Radley til he snuck out, but idk I still think he got out before that. In all honesty I feel like he may of been falsely accused of some things and probably shouldn't of been at Radley to start with. I think Ken had a problem with the child from the get go. I also think that either Ali is older than we know or that Charles was put in Radley before Ali was 13 months old because in the clip we see of the little boy holding the Teddy bear at Radley, the little boy looks about 5-6 years old, not almost 9 1/2 yrs. old.. Think about it the ages have to be screwed up bc we know that Jason, Mel, Cece, Garrett, Ian graduated together and Wilden was a grade or two ahead of them. There's no way that the lil boy in the promo is 9 yrs old! If Ken lied about that what else is he lying about? Also, why would Mrs.D need to fake Charles death to prove that to Mr.D? I think if she was faking it then it was to finally set him free out of Radley. Maybe she thought he was stable and it was Mr.D that made her have him committed its possible she helped him fake his death to finally give him a normal life.
