Jackson's hair situation hits painfully close to home for me, damn.
Edit: I've been doing treatment and it's been working really well, even my friends are impressed. I really doubt I'll be able to sustain my hair for the rest of my life, but even before starting my treatment, I'd decided to just shave it off, should I go bald.

@@sandenson cut your hair to a "normal mens" hair. It will help with slowing it down. But insisting on long hair will speedrun hairloss. Trust me, just go and cut it. You don't have to get a crew cut but like, half of what Kaya is sporting in the video.
@@sandenson i've cut my hair to about 0.75x Kaya's length and before had very long hair. After cutting it my hair got revived and regained soo much strength it's crazy.

Those people who say leg lengthening surgery isn't painful are really downplaying it. I had to get a intramedullary femoral nail in my right leg and the healing process is lengthy and definitely painful at times. You have to lengthen the nail gradually so the bone has time to grow and you will only be able to sleep on your back for months. I was on percocet, but before that I had a triplicate prescription (the kind you need for certain controlled substances) for oxycodone. During the healing I used a walker at home and crutches when I had to go out. Not to mention the physiotherapy to rebuild and strengthen the muscles in your leg after being off it for so long. And I only had to lengthen my femur by 1 inch!
is it a real thing? Why would people do this? Surely not for cosmetics??
@@just_dec the surgery is real, and some people are willing to go through it just to be taller. I did it because my right leg was shorter than my left and it was making my scoliosis worse, so the fact that people will get the surgery just to be taller blows my mind. A lot of people who get it done have the external fixators on the outside to adjust the length, but mine was all internal and used an electromagnetic device to increase the length gradually. And that procedure is less painful than the external fixators, so I have no clue how people can describe it as relatively painless.
Jackson having a crisis with his hair would have been the perfect transition for that sponsor, Keeps.

I'm 6' 1" and I had really bad knee joint pains from like 13 all the way to around 17 or 18. I also ran track-and-field as well as cross-country and used to help coach it too, so I'm at least somewhat qualitied to claim some experience/familiarity with human leg joint anatomy and what can hurt it or make it more effective. The growing pains started long before I ever started running. So *YES,* growing pains exist. If that doesn't work for ya, just ask the guy who went to my high school and was *literally* 7' 2".

My husband started losing hair when he was 20 and then had to shave it all off when he joined the army the next year. He had so much more confidence once he did it (which was kinda sexy not gonna lie).I just hate seeing people make fun of bald men… they didn’t choose their genetics! If Jackson feels more confident in a hat then that’s okay… sometimes it takes a while.

Having gone from about 5'3 to 6'0 in about 4 years, the pain is real but definitely does not outweigh the pain of being abnormally short for a boy.
Growing pains are real as shit I had them they were so bad I was in tears every night the pain was horrendous and I only grew to be 5ft it was all for NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
