This may be what GOOD aim looks like in Splatoon 3 but to get it to this point genuinely just takes a lot of practice!

DUDE became the aimbot
By "steady aim" I think that user means that since that weapon needs rapid tapping in order to shoot from afar, the aim like "wiggles" from the tapping and your aim goes off course a tiny bit which can be enough to miss.
This happens to me when I use the weapon (which is why I don't use it much) and my sensitivity is set below -1 but still the controller feels my hands moving.
Maybe the user wanted tips on how to grip the controller or how to tap so the controller doesn't detect the micro movements as much.

Hey Dude, I know you've done videos about sensitivity, but do you have ant tip to decide which to use if you are between two? because I normally use +3,5 but sometimes I use +4 and sometimes +3 and I always keep changing because I don't feel comfortable
id say that a reason youre not 100% comfortable is because youre not used to a consistent sensitivity. going between 3 and 4 probably means you should try to stick with 3.5 though

I agree with the other comments. Also +3.5 is a thing if you want to try that.
I can't seem to find the right sensitivity for aiming. It's either too fast or too slow for me.
I find the best thing is to keep playing around with sensitivity settings and doing a few matches until you get comfy, there's a sens for everyone and you just need to find it. Don't follow what other people use, what works for them may not work for you.

This without gyro? I'm new to splatoon I can't tell. Also the gyro aiming is super odd for me I can't get use to it.
Yes, the first step to getting better is using motion controls! They have a massive advantage over sticks and give you movement options that are harder to do or are impossible with sticks.
