  • This video demonstrates mounting a digital print with a Daige cold laminator / mounter on a 4mm coraplast signboard. the print was printed on a Roland SP 540V loaded with Arlon DPF 510GT.

    Great video. I have one of these machines but I haven't had good luck with it. Using your advice I just mounted 5 4'x8' signs with virtually no problem.

    been using this machine for 15 years. A easier, faster way to do it is by making plates to go under the knobs for your different material thicknesses. We did this to solve issues of employees not all using the same settings. Make a reference sheet and stick to machine with each thickness material and how many plates it takes, problem solved. We use varying materials for our plates. ie: 1/8" Pvc. 1/16" poly, 1/4" PVC etc
