Inspired by Juan Mann's FREE HUGS video.. we took to the streets of Hollywood to spread the good vibes!!

Not long ago my friend and I were parked on the side of a country road. There was a car with young people that passed us and came back, to see if we were okay.
This made me smile then and still makes me smile today.

As the filmmaker of this video I can tell you that I was so happy to see people of all backgrounds and ages run up and get hugs from our huggers. I knew it would be a cool experience doing this but I was even more amazed when I saw the variety of people open to HUGS!
Yes, the children are so sweet. My favorite is the little boy that runs towards the camera after his hug from Amy. Soooooo cute!!!

Everyone needs to participate in this campaign, me and some friends went out on a saturday morning to Charlotte NC and did this for a day, it feels great to put a smile on so many people's faces. all it takes is one hug to make the diffrence in someones day.

Somehow I stumbled on this. I live near Hollywood. There are a lot of hurting people, lost people, people looking for adventure, and not-shy people. It is a good place to be giving out free hugs.

I love it when the little kids come running up to you guys....you can see the hugs are truly genuine...someitmes i think we should stop trying to grow up so much and be more like children in the sense that we don't hide our inhibitions and just do what feels right!

this is so beautiful. I aught to do it here in my little town. There is so much anger in the world today. You never know what a hug can do. I love how the little kids ran to get their hug. Loved the change from black & white to color when the hugs began.
Honestly, I was feeling kind of down for a couple of days, as constantly watching/reading the world news will do to me, and my logical brain begins to tell me that there's no hope for this world. My heart tells me otherwise. This video just gives my heart more proof of that.

Amazing how we all need hugs. Funny, that happened to me in New York once. Actually there was 3 of them. So I got a triple play that day. Suprising how much better I felt that day. Couldn't wipe the smile off my face.
