Never had an issue with any Suzuki regarding tell tail. Water impeller must be changed every year regardless of hours used. Check all water hoses for blockage, making sure the are routed as factory Check the oil cooler as it’s know to block if you don’t flush motor long enough and let the thermostat open. That is definitely a Suzuki issue. You will know this once it opens, tell tail stream will decrease from a meter to 3/4 of a meter. If it’s still an issue, then it’s the water tube located in the mid mount. Remove mid mount and tube. Put a flash light from one end, making sure there are zero holes in it. The smallest of holes will affect DF Models, water pressure fluctuation causes it to over heat when you decrease throttle and on some occasions, it will stall as a safety precaution. Hope this helps.
After putting in new water pump and no Pee.. took the foot off 3 frickin times and flushing out Everything... THAT is the Only thing i didn't know about or Check .. Thank You !!!
Thanks very helpful for me, I had replace the impeller, put antilimescale to the knee but the water doesn’t come out , somebody have the cooling circuit diagram? What I have ti do again?
Have you had Suzuki 140 4stroke stopped firing on cylinders 2 and 3 and when you shut the engine off for a while and start it back up it's firing on all cylinders but after a short time it stops firing again on the same cylinders
it should take 5 seconds to fix,,go to 22 sec mark on video just pull the round plastic head out . clear the rocks and junk and put it back by pressing it in . should take 5 seconds
