  • Minced meat lasagna with cheese and ham is a practical, easy and delicious recipe that I have been making for 19 years to serve on any special occasion or for Sunday lunches. Do I always do it the same way? No! Whenever I feel like it, I add a few pieces of bacon to sauté with the ground meat in the sauce; I add some chopped olives or try a different sauce with basil for example... anyway... that's the magic of cooking and in the end, the family is always happy!❤️
    Lasagna sauce ingredients:
    Olive oil to saute the ingredients
    diced onion to taste
    parsley stalks to taste
    1 diced tomato without the skin and seeds
    oregano to taste
    1 clove of crushed garlic
    pepper to taste
    300g ground beef
    300g traditional ready-made tomato sauce or homemade tomato sauce
    1 1/2 glass of 250 ml of filtered water
    salt to taste
    parsley to taste
    To assemble the lasagna:
    1 package of pre-cooked lasagna pasta weighing 200g
    9 slices of ham
    12 slices of mozzarella cheese
    Square baking dish measurement = 20 cm x 20 cm x 5 cm
    I covered the baking tray with aluminum foil to bake the lasagna in the oven.
    Yield: 4 to 8 servings. However, the yield may vary depending on the size of the portions you are breaking.
