Been running a Keeley Bubbletron behind a NuX dd7. Set judiciously, I get these rolling popping filtered delays that breathe as they fade. Good atmospheric effect.
@@PJandtheBeard Been very happy with the dd7. The latest pedal I purchased is the SonicCake WaveCrusher. Fun little filtered bit crusher that seems to go with everything on the board and the spaced out wackiness that comes from twisting the big knob and looping the results. So much strange sci fi sounds. Excellent sound effect.
@@PJandtheBeard Used a volume pedal to control the strength of a Deluxe Memory Man and a QTron on a separate combo amp. Got the idea from an old Steve Morse interview about wet/ dry rig he was using in the early 90's. I added the Q Tron. The guy definitely had his sound together. ❤
@@PJandtheBeard Probably the two best purchases of the year for me was the Friedman Smallbox pedal and the '72 Gold Wah. The best Marshall in a box I have ever owned and close to the best wah. Get ahold of them and they will stay on your board for sure.
Had one a few years ago (circa 2015) and was able to get some nice sounds out of it but boy, it was terribly built. You could tell it was a cheapo pedal.

Right! Like much of the NUX stuff it could make the board too. We are continuously surprised by the quality of their pedals.

The bubblertron is on our list of pedals to check out. The last couple times I have checked they were out of the signature version of it.

the key to reverse delay is just put it on an fx send where you send it little snippets. it's overwhelming to put on a whole line..
