    That jet looks great and flies great in that lighting. Looks like you need a long approach to let it slow and come down. It’s fast even with the flaps!

    You did some great landings with this bird. Looks like a blast to fly

      Thanks and it is a great plane to fly as long as you hold off the landing to the last second to negate the infamous BAE Hawk bounce.

    I got this jet for christmas, I have about 20 flights on her now, and she inspires a lot of confidence in the pilot! I run a 4500mah admiral in her and she needs a bit of grass runway to get up and a hefty approach to come down with flaps, but she flies beautifully with good throttle management 4 mins 30 secs and still a healthy battery.

      Try her on a lighter 4000 , easier on the gear and flies faster.

      On landing hold off on letting the nose touch as long as possible to prevent bounce. But not a full high alpha either.

    Hi, great flying did you have a gyro in this lovely bird? I am thinking of getting one but cant find any gyro settings for the reflex v3 gyro or the spektrum AR630 safe RX.. thanks

    • @FatGuyFliesRC
      @FatGuyFliesRC  5 месяцев назад

      No just a a2620 with no gyro. But a ar630 using forward programing would work just fine or a lemon rx gen2 with stabilizer.

      @@FatGuyFliesRC hi thanks for your reply. I have a spare ar630-but dont know what parameters to start off with when setting up the as3x values.. safe is usually ok with the default bank, roll and yaw angles. Any thoughts ? Thanks

    Solid 3 minutes? From Video, you took off at 1:00 , landed at 6:00. So 5 mitutes in the air and 62% lipo left. Am I wrong? ❤❤

      all i can tell you I go by the timer on the Radio. If that is actual time I can only guess.

      His timer might only start and stop at 25% throttle. So yes 5 mins air time but 3 mins actual on power time. I have my timer set at 25% throttle too.

    nice looking edf and good flying I like the strap that is holding the battery a lot more beefy 😀✈🛫🛬🪂👍👍
