Quick, Easy, and Clean Eggplant Seed-Saving Technique

Eggplant can be an irritating seed-saving project if you're trying to get most of the seed within the fruit. This is what I like to do now and it's really much easier in my opinion. A bonus is the introduction of a possible new hybrid eggplant with potential.

Mechanized seed saving chore using household equipment...excellent.
Next spring about 100 volunteers show up by the white water barrel...lol.

If the seeds float they might be not good. Should put those pulp in a growing pot with soil for next year volunteer eggplants
