I get a better stretch using the band with the clench handle.
Got it! What do you do to maintain tension on the band at full lat extension?
@@ClenchFitness I lay on the bench, and I stretch the band as far as possible to get a full range of motion. I can feel it in the lats.

Engaging your abdominal muscles will be helpful in keeping your body stable throughout this exercise!
Can use kettlebell instead of dumbbell if u don’t have dumbbells?
