Imagine if the TOTBL of Interpol somehow could just come back and make another album in the same style and feel but all new songs, my god that would be too good, I love antics and our love to admire but neither of them come close to the dark gritty sexy sound TOTBL had. Its just pure perfection.
@@bearzdlc2172 it's actually better to change sound instead of repeating themselves over and over. it does differ in aesthetics a little bit, but theyre just writing what sounds "good" to them. its uneasy at times to ingest something you arent familiar with or feel too distant from it from the standpoint of where you are in your personal life. but they are good musicians at the end of the day. we will all feel the hurt when we start to see them age. just appreciate what they do for the art of music. @@franpinyol8500 I think they just want to (or have to) play the most famous ones, like Evil or Obstacle 1. They did play some of these early songs on the early days but I don't think we have all these perfomances recorded. I might be wrong but, that's what I think.
